Robert and the staff at this location have been absolutely incredible! Everyone I encountered in person and over the phone was extremely helpful and understanding. They were very considerate and willing to accommodate my situation. Additionally, the unit was especially clean! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fair and decently priced, especially being climate controlled. Very clean and safe location. It's not 24 hrs, unfortunately, but you really can't beat the cost.***UPDATE: MY experience now that I have had the unit for a year has changed a bit. Within a years time, the cost has gone up by $10 three (3)!!! different times now. Making it, in my opinion, overpriced for the size. I also can not understand nor care for the fact that the unit is much TALLER in size than it has actual usable space. Therefore, once you cover the square footage in floor space with a decent amount of things and with a significant amount of stacking already done... unless I were to search far and wide for someone to borrow from (bc i dont own one) a very tall ladder, somehow get the very tall ladder to fit in my car, not only will I be playing jenga basically wih things that are obviously important to me... it also means any time I go to add something if it just so happens that its heavy, that means I have to spend a significant amount of time pulling things out, rearranging things, re-packing into the unit what I did once already or however many times ive needed to add something. AND all the while, hoping that an avalanche doesn't occur. More simply put, I really don't like that the price of my unit grows by 10 bucks every few months, when it's size and the inconvenient shape of it does not grow along with its bill.

Easy to find, thought the space was a little bit bigger than what it was but I managed to get all of my stuff in there.

A friend of mine helped me in a time of need and put my belongings in his storage at this location. Once able I rode with my friend in his car (to save gas duh!) And open my own storage unit and move my belongings between his and my unit. Unfortunately the people who work here messed that up.... my friend entered his code and we entered the storage area via car I walked back to the front desk with my service animal and as soon as I entered the building an employee yelled across the room "you can't get a unit without a car" while that may be a policy that shouldn't have been the greeting maybe they should have started off with "hello? How may I help you?" I asked them to repeat themselves to make sure I heard them correctly they repeated that same exact line. I responded with "okay" and left since obviously I was prejudged and discriminated against based on that judgement... just because I am disabled and got a ride doesn't mean I don't own a vehicle in fact I own a RV I live and travel in full time and would have loved to have stored my lesser used belonging at this location while traveling had they simply started off with "hello, how may I help you"

Cory was AMAZING! I was in a pinch and needed a storage unit quickly and he provided me the best service possible. I'm eternally grateful to him and the storage center.

Clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff , Corey was very helpful and professional answered all of my questions and got me the right unit for my move , definitely recommend using this facility for storage needs

I been w them for awhile. I think they let people into my storage someone went thru my stuff to where I had to take pics. Of how I leave it. Whenever I show up there is someone like police watching. Even though I have nothing of real value. Moving Sad.

Staff is very pleasant to work with. Storage units are very, very clean. The entire rental process took 30 minutes max and I'm happy with my unit. If you're in need of storage please give them a call.

Excellent climate storage, my storage fee just went up this month! Why I have no idea??? But with everything else going up and the cost of oil and it being climate controlled, I am ok with it! I will be moving my belongings out soon, not because I am unhappy, because I am moving into a new place!!! Thanks AMPLE, for keeping my BELONGINGS SAFE & SOUND SINCE 12/2020, you made over $2000 from me, but it was worth every dollar!!!!
