I appreciated how much Mr. Bailey made my son and I feel comfortable while we waited for our car to be cleaned. They offer multiple places to sit. You can choose between a bus, trailer or outside. I chose the trailer that has zone controlled a.c., plenty of tables to sit and 3 t.v.. It is a very cool concept that they came up with.. My car looked so good when it was done. And it was affordable.

They broke my door on my new car and refused to pay me to get it fixed despite having video proof that the door was perfectly fine before being washed. Offered me “4 free car washes” instead. Not everyone is suitable to be business owners!

Quick hand-wash and wheels detailing. Presentation and customer service has a huge impact on the customers you attract. Associates must appear professional and friendly, else you will have only a few returning clients. I'd love to see prices and directions posted so a customer could drive up and know right away what services are provided and the cost. Then a robust payment method would improve the customer flow in and out. I wanted to give them 4 stars but they have some improvements that are needed. Nevertheless, they do a good job of clean your vehicle.

Save your money and do it yourself!!! I first knew of this business, from seeing it on the side of the road. I looked online and they only had a Facebook page. Since I do not have a Facebook account I could not see the services that they offered... On Saturday, May 6, 2023, I decided to go and check it out.I pulled up and was asked by an employee, if it was my first time there. I replied, yes. The employee asked what I wanted done. I said, that because my car was brand new, I only wanted the outside washed. I then tried to inquire about having the outside of my car waxed and the employee told me to just pull my car forward. I had no idea of any pricing or if my car would be waxed. I asked another employee about having my car waxed and they told me that I would have to ask another person about it... I could not do that because now my car was being sprayed and wiped with a soap glove in a bay. When that was done. I was told to pull forward again. Then another employee began "drying" my car with a wet plastic towel of some sort. My car had water spots all over. My sunroof was never touched. I had to come homeRinse my car, dry it properly and wax everything myself. I paid $25.00 for a subpar job.

Brought my car her prior to selling and had a great experience. The gentlemen cleaned the car throughly from top to bottom and made sure it was in my defect condition for selling. They worked hard to finish it in a timely way and I had very little corrective feedback to give. The car smells good and looks great. The biggest issue was the staining in the seats which came out great. I'm moving out of Greenville now but I wish I would've known what did gem this place was while I was here. I would've brought my car here sooner.

The clean was solid, somewhat rushed. Was charged a $5 surcharge fee without prior knowledge on a $60 purchase. Rounds out to about a 8.3% of the total sale.

I paid $120.00 to get my car detailed and when I went to pick it up the back seat was still visibly dirty with spills and stuck on food, and there was food under my seats. I had to wait to have the owner wipe the seat down (after being promised a shampoo service), missing an appointment. I never received a discount or even an apology. I talked to this tall black dude to get a estimate. He said you bad. I said what? He said you bad then said $150 dollars. I have seen allot more dirtier cars than mine. I just went to another cleaner.
