would not recommend took a 93 grand cherokee in with fuel pressure issues was told it was definitely the fuel pump changed that still the same issue not once did they think to do a fuel pressure test or smog test as it also had rough idle figured out myself in 5 minutes of looking at it the vapor canister was bad and a few vacuum lines fixed those and it drives like a new car how does someone that doesn't work on cars much do better than a shop with a full parking lot of cars to work on

A&B towing employees lack customer service skills. Being kind is priceless i hope this staff learns this quickly.I had one of my vehicles towed while at work, while construction was going on in my neighborhood. After locating which company towed my car i called them. I was told over the phone that if i wanted my vehicle i better figure it out because they close at 5. They wouldn't give me the invoice total over the phone and once i got there i was greeted by a man with a sarcastic attitude who rudely told me they only take cash which i also asked over the phone prior to coming. I had to go to the nearest bank and withdraw the cash. Charging 250 dollars for a vehicle for same day pick up is outrageous.

I called my American friend to inquire about the cost of alternator replacement, and he confirmed it was $350. However, when I arrived, he demanded $450, and when I asked why the price had increased, he told me to go elsewhere if I didn't want it fixed. My car's battery was drained, and I had no choice but to call a tow truck. Although it incurred additional costs, I didn't want to have it replaced here because they charged unjustifiable fees. In this situation, I felt it was racial discrimination. I won't be returning to this place.

My husband and I have used A&B countless times for auto repairs. Large expensive repairs, small repairs and everything in between the gentlemen at A&B have always been a joy to work with! Their prices are extremely fair. Anytime I've price checked them against other reputable auto shops they've always been the best deal. I can't recommend A&B enough especially for more complicated repairs. They've always treated us like family.

Bad buisness.Women do not go here! They can't fix nothing and know they can't but still act like they did a lil of something.Which was Nothing! do not go here.This place will have full of bad of luck.In the way they try to jew me.God see yall tho.No work was performed at all.Then had the nerve to tell me that my car will be 135 an hour to find out the problem in the begininng big jokes is what they are‼️ In reality they can't even fix my vehicle they knew that.They just jew money out of women.Take a mechanic with you.Only good for towing and towing only mark my words now.Don't be stupid and pay them money that they don't deserve when you didn't do any work jews! Buisness going down the drain workingplile that.Thats why when you ride by.No cars never there.Its a good towing company thats it

My son was visiting friends at ECU and stopped at the Sheetz station on Charles Blvd to fill up before the 3 hour trip home. Vehicle wouldn't start. Called this place and dealt with Jason, who said $60 for in town tow to get to his shop (only took about 10 mins). ID'd the issue as a dead battery. Under $250 for everything to get my son on the road in about an hour. Jason was up-front and honest. Would recommend this shop if you're local (or not).

They towed my car after it was in a parking lot for less than 20 minutes. Then the fee was $300, that price could have came out of thin air. I don’t find it fair and quite frankly it’s wrong to do this to college students who are already dealing with so much.
