Abe, Sage and Zoey are such an AMAZING, AWESOME and WONDERFUL owner, and managers as well as the rest of the staff. They are all EXTREMELY pleasant, FRIENDLY with such amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ONLY prefer going to this store and this store ONLY. And always refer them to family and friends. Have already taken alot of my family and friends there to get items I know they want. Also the prices are extremely very reasonable. I STRONGLY recommend this store to EVERYONE!!!! I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE and especially the STAFF!!!!

I've visited the shop 3 times including today, the first and second time there was good,the staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed help. Today while in the humidor browsing for cigars,the lady stood behind me the whole time with her arms folded, I felt very uncomfortable, I have never had that to happen before. I felt like she was making sure I didn't steal any cigars,after selecting my cigars and paying for them at the register,she went to the back,I told the cashier about my experience and she seems to not care,they have amazing cigars, but I will not return.
