Can’t believe I’m having to leave another review. Previously had a delivery of a washer and dryer rescheduled 3 times, all late the night before delivery after I had already taken off work. Finally got the appliances delivered. They were not installed correctly and the brand new dryer would not turn on at all. A new one was scheduled to be delivered today (a week after the broken one was delivered) and AGAIN my order was cancelled at the last minute. I am now being told that they will not be able to deliver the dryer until January 3rd. Absolutely astonishing customer service. Avoid this business at all costs.

Samsung Buyers BEWARE- they Did not deliver ,install, or haul away my old fridge as promised. The company could not tell me where my delivery drivers were during my scheduled delivery time. When I got a survey for how they did and no one showed up, I called RXO very upset and they said sorry we can't help you because we closed out your order and it has been fulfilled. I have had to file a police report because the company told Samsung my order was already fulfilled although I have no fridge.I have been robbed of my money and my fridge. What a hassle.

Delivery crew was very professional, prompt & careful while delivering our new refrigerator. Crew was prepared with tools & safety equipment and even took packaging away!

We had a new refrigerator delivered in January. There were various issues with delivery/installation. 3 months later Samsung replaced the refrigerator. We requested an “experienced installer” and XPO were able to accommodate us. The 2nd crew that installed the replacement refrigerator today was very knowledgeable. They were able to delivery and install in less time and without any issues (or leaks). Thank you to Mr. Sanford for an excellent job. We need more experienced people like him!

The communication about my delivery was awesome. The delivery driver was friendly and brought our very heavy shipment down our steep driveway with no problem.

XPO Logistics Home Delivery Services delivered my Lane Furniture rocker recliner this afternoon. I purchased the chair from Amazon and the delivery guys did an amazing job! They were very professional in every way, arrived right on time everything went smoothly and I received lots of updates about my delivery time. I highly recommend this delivery company and Amazon. I love my Lane recliner and it arrived in perfect condition.

Absolute nightmare experience. I bought a refrigerator in JANUARY and every time it’s supposed to delivered they push it back 2 more weeks. Please explain to my 3 year old why we don’t have a refrigerator. Calling customer service is not helpful and I can’t get a guaranteed date from anyone as they are on the other side of the world. We have now been given a date of April 11th and it’s not guaranteed. What kind of customer service if this. Would really love to be contacted by someone at the facility! I would like XPO to start paying my bill if it’s due and I don’t have the appliance due to their negligence! PLEASE DELIVER OUR REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!

A young lady who works in the Greensboro office by the name of Porscha is the only reason that I am 100% satisfied with this company. She did an excellent job in having my delivery date adjusted in order to have a gift delivered in tme. Her communication with me was great I could not have asked for better customer service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I bought a refrigerator and they keep waiting until 24 hrs before delivery to push it back 2 weeks again and again. We are now making payments on something we bought in January and the product is still not in our home. XPO should be making our payments until they deliver the product. We have called customer service and they have a very flippant and could care less attitude about the whole thing and they won't work with us at all. Samsung even called them with us on the phone and tried to get them to set a delivery date or promise to expedite it with us but these people just really don't care. We cannot get a confirmed delivery date out of them and every date they set is "estimated". i will do everything I can in the future to avoid working with XPO Even if it means paying more for a product. PLEASE DELIVER OUR REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!!

Professionalism in everything from the purchasing, delivery and installation. The delivery crew were super courteous and quick. Delivery and installation took maybe 15 minutes.

Did a great job with delivery, installation and haul away of the old dishwasher. Checked and double checked install and making sure dishwasher was level, no water leaks and drained properly. Highly recommended.
