I ordered three items - enough to receive free shipping. Two pairs of shorts in one bag, one pair of jeans in another. Shorts needed to be returned, jeans needed to be exchanged. Transacting this online was extremely confusing as the bags had to be done separately. I ended up calling customer service. (Policy is they had to be mailed back, not taken to a store.) I am being charged a $7.99 shipping fee for the return of the two shorts and was told that the exchange may take longer than expected. I must say I was very surprised at the beginning of this process that the recorded message - "we will not tolerate abusive behavior". Wow! That says more about the company than the customer! The connection was bad, the process was not easy and it was frustrating. Customer service rep was very patient but I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has felt this way. She said that working through this would make it easier next time. There will be no "next time". I will never order another Wranger product. Be forewarned before you buy online. Cross your fingers that everything fits when your order arrives.

poor return policy, ordered ! pair of cotton blend shorts, received shorts with NO COTTON in them, also 2 pairs of jeans , I did not care at all for the color. Returned as their customer service instructed (which I had to pay for return shipping) When I finally received my credit(waited weeks) they did not credit full amount. I notified them via email at least twice NO RESPONSE. Products were not as represented and unfaithful return policy. NO MORE WRANGLER PRODUCTS FOR ME ! Also cut back on beltloop count from 7 to 5. Must be way to MAXIMIZE their profits on the backs of the people who keep them employed. They think people won't notice and forget about the way the pants used to fit. Most likely some lost soles will never notice. Gotta love corporate big wigs fattening up their bonuses............

Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone to check the status of an order. Order was placed on the 13th with no update on account. Sent an email to customer service on the 23rd and have not heard back.

I ordered two pairs of shorts about a month ago but haven't received them as of yet. When I went to their website I noticed that it said the item had not been shipped. I called customer service and they said they had to get with their supervisor and that they would call me the next day. I waited for a call but never got a response. I ended up calling them to get multiple answers on why I didn't receive my items nor received a phone call from a supervisor. My item had been canceled but they hadn't notified me about it, their website doesn't display cancellations nor did I receive an email. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Very Disappointing Customer Service!!!Very sad the way that the Consumers Relations person relates to the public. Hey Wrangler, I don't have Twitter or Facebook but I wanted to comment on your cargo pants after buying a couple of pair since it is obvious that none of your designers wear them. My eight inch tablet bounces against kneecap and needs to be moved up a bit and my wallet sits right under my butt bone and needs to be moved out a bit. I just ordered a half a dozen St John's, but maybe try them again next year, good luck!
