I was shopping for a specific outfit in mind for a work meeting this coming week, so I walked into this Windsor store looking for 1 exact jacket. Annie immediately asked how she could help. She took me to exactly what I requested and then checked me out at the register within 5 min of being in the store. Turns out she’s the manager- that’s so deserving! Thank you Annie!

Such a great store. I walked in and was greeted instantly. The worker Juju I believe was the name was in store alone but still gave such A GREAT experience she picked out 5 dresses for me and omg it was so hard to pick one. I left out with 2

I always love shopping at this location, but last night was a particularly pleasant visit. Even though associate Juju was busy making everything look fabulous, she took the time out to help me piece together some last minute items I needed for my birthday outfit. Another associate, Annabella was very pleasant as well, and we had a nice chat while she rang up my items. Both Juju and Annabella were nearing the end of a long very day (12 hour shifts are wild!), and still seemed to have warm, welcoming energy and friendly vibes. Thank you ladies for all your hard work during the Holiday Season! I'll definitely be back to spend more money soon!

Annie and Dorcas greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find what I was looking for. They offered me recommendations and the best options. My shopping here was a positive experience with a variety of clothes to choose from and amazing prices! I definitely will be returning.

Today was my first day in Windsor and I needed as much help as I could get, given I am no fashionista. While I was pacing the store, apparantly with the look of distress, an employee named Annie had approached me. She absolutely made my week. I could tell immediately that her attitude towards helping me was genuine, and not just because she was on the clock. She was patient, offered me compliments, and went a step further to show me how pieces could accentuate my body type while educating me in color theory. I didnt know even know that was a thing! Turns out, that outfit Annie picked for me gave me the confidence I needed for my senior university presentation. She is a rockstar, and I wish I could do more to return the favor other than writing a review. If you see this, you have a heart of gold woman!!!

***GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE*** Annie is amazing! Has always been helpful and goes above to provide excellent customer service with a smile. Dorcas (Store manager) was very helpful with my return. Plus I absolutely love the clothes at Windsor, they have something for every location.

The staff was so friendly. I was welcomed with a “hello” & felt that it made the entire experience much better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t fit my item.. still the staff was very accommodating.

i love the store Windsor but sometimes when customers ask for help the workers say they’re busy in a terrible way with an attitude, also this happened to me I was asking for a dress that was up the wall and I asked this man and he said “I have stuff in my hands wait “ he didn’t even make eye contact to me or said it in a nice way , he should of said “hold up a bit ima put these clothes down and come back to you real quick”, I feel like some workers should be more respectful

As a previous employee I am disappointed in how the store is now looking and ran. Walking in customers are suppose to be greeted. I was not greeted at all being in the store nor was I asked if I needed any help.! The new store manager walked right past and didn't say excuse me to place go backs nor did she ask if I need assistance. Training needs to be done more effectively.!
