I don't know what to say,the one on Patterson n holden has changed. It's like they don't care about this location. More than half the vacuums there don't work,the employees act like they don't care about anything, it needs a complete over haul,I wish they would let me run it,I would change everything about it.i only go there because it's close to my house, but I might have to find another car wash,so so sad.

Total ripoff company. it was nice when they opened. Now, if you're lucky, half the vaccuums are running and the car wash itself isn't worth driving through.
I called the corporate office (which I have done a few points up to now) and she said "we'll get it fixed" then offered to give me a temporary discount on my membership rate. Sounds nice, right? But when I get the email confirming the discount, I notice after the discount ends, the "normal" rate is higher than what I am currently paying. This place is totally scamming people.
