Seems like no longer open to the public— only memberships. The last 2 times I tried to use them I couldn’t get in on the non-member side. The payment system was taped over. Only members were getting access. I do NOT like a member only car wash.

Terrible experience. I spent $27 to have a car that isn’t clean. I ended up spot cleaning most of it myself with towels and a spray bottle. Neither of which were enough to clean my grille. Save yourself the time and money and go to Autobell or wash at home. I have no idea how this car wash is so well rated.

Please get your Greensboro facility repaired. I’ve stopped by twice already this week and the conveyor belt is still broken. Do we have parts coming? I discontinued my membership at the same locations when it was named something else because it always stayed broken…

Employees are excellent in service.
I am on this car wash since first started as "five star car wash" my concern is with the vacuum hoses are not long enough to reach comfortably my minivan.
The new app is very easy to use and the discount for having two vehicles is wonderful

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The credit card machine in the second bay was taped over, forcing me to reverse out and move into the first bay. Unfortunately, there was a metal frame between the bays, and as I navigated, my car got damaged. I accept full responsibility.
It’s concerning that they use a metal frame, which can easily cause damage, instead of safer alternatives (I.e. a cone). This situation could have been avoided with better planning and customer consideration.
I would not recommend this car wash unless you want to risk getting your car damaged.
Update: I emailed the company, 3 weeks no response.
