I wouldn’t give any stars to this location. On Monday June 24th I was pumping gas into my 2 gallon container. Gas started pouring in full force because the click got stuck and gas was flowing all over. When I tried to release the stuck click my thumb got caught and stuck while gas is pouring out. Finally it released. So I thought I’d continue to fill my container and unfortunately the same thing happened and I was trying to get attention from inside and kept pressing the green handicap button all while my finger is stuck in the click again! But no one helped. Pressed at least 15 times!! Finally it released. It only filled half full...1 gallon...and I was charged $6.80!! I went inside and told the attendant what happened and he asked if I was ok...I said NO! My thumb is still throbbing and this could have been disastrous with gas spewing full force everywhere and how I pressed the button and tried to get attention. And charged 6.80 for ONE gal! He walked to the door to look then turned around went back to the counter and said nothing!! I’m trying to get in touch with the manager but was told they were on vacation...

Be careful! I pressed the button for regular gas (like I have for the past 15 years since I started driving) but was charged for Ultimate. When I brought the issue to their attention they told me the only option was to call the police. The manager also took a picture of me and wrote down my license number to intimidate me. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. The manager does not attempt to resolve issues, just tells you you have to call the police because she knows the police can't do anything. When I was bringing my issue to the cashier's attention and the cashier said "this has never happened", a person in line said "that's not true man, that lady last week had the same issue and you told her the same thing". Don't use this gas station.

Be careful! Was charged for Ultimate when I pressed the Regular button. When brought to their attention, the manager responded with intimidation and told me the only option was to call the police.

I have stopped at this location out of necessity at least 4 times in the last month, twice at night. Both times the night cashiers rang up my purchases and then proceeded to pick up their cell phones and ignore me. The first time I told the boy that is was "not nice to be on your phone when someone is in front of you." He lowered his phone and said "Huh?". Last night, Jessica, picked up her phone and continued to watch a video or movie, with the sound at full volume. When I said "You have someone in front of you" she said, "what do you mean?". I said "You have a customer standing right here, in front of you", she said "I don't understand". I turned and walked out, refusing to explain to an employee how to treat their customers with respect. That is a job for the people who hire them, it is called customer service after all. I'm sure my little purchases don't mean big bucks for the store, but if they don't start training their employees to be civil they may just find out that losing a lot of little purchases adds up to a big loss.
