This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Wells Fargo branch. Three people stood behind the counter, but we had to wait in line for the only person assisting a line of customers. There was no one in the car line, so those two had nothing to do but chat with each other. The one teller was slow and unfriendly. She made a simple transaction (a deposit) stupidly difficult. I will never go back to this branch again, and I'm considering looking elsewhere for a bank if Wells Fargo thinks this is the way a business should be run.

Ms. Jackie is always radiating positive and upbeat energy! I've come to this bank all times of the day, for deposits, cashier's checks, notaries and more, and each time, she is just always welcoming and happy to assist. Is a really great environment to walk in to.

The ladies at the front desk are absolutely fantastic. Even when I come in there with boxes of rolled change they are cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. Service like that is rare these days. Thank you!!

This branch, like most Wells Fargo locations, represents the worse of the worse of banking. Obscene fee structures designed to inflict maximum fees and damage with zero regard to any “banking relationship” Wells Fargo is designed to help the pocketbooks of their CEOs and stakeholders NOT customers. I am writing this 30 minutes into waiting for an available banker to assist with my closing account. This is the fifth or sixth time since 2020 that I’ve tried to close by account but Wells Fargo has made it IMPOSSIBLE to do so with cancelled appointments, long lines and employees who seem to be better trained to check their Facebook and go on long lunch breaks vs actually helping customers. I’m not leaving until my account that has been open for over 20 years is closed today. Completely done with the predatory practices of Wells Fargo!!! #cancelyouraccount

The teller lines are extremely slow, there is no way it should take 15 minutes for one transaction, this location always has a line and service seems to be extremely slow. I eventually had to pull out of line and go to another location. I will avoid this location in the future.

I went to go get change for my company and the teller shorted me $10 dollars in quarters. If anything happens to my job for this then y’all can expect a fat lawsuit.

Most people are good but today a total lack of respect. As I was approaching the door one person was being let in and an older heavyset lady I’m assuming she is a teller shut the door and never came back to talk to me...I stood at the front door for over 10 minutes and eventually she went by back and forth and did see me time after time she never came to the door.I know we are going thru difficult times and that attitude does not help..

I appreciate you offering a resolution to my problem. That is more than what most businesses do in today's society;sad but true. I was very frustrated and wanted to make certain that I could pay my debt to the hotel I stayed in. I was up from 4am until checkout, speaking to rep after rep. That is Water under the bridge. I thank you for your time and consideration in the matter.
