I needed a notary stopped in and asked for one and was pointed to the managers office. Told the manager what I needed. Was then told no notary service for non customers. I in formed the manager my wife was a customer and was in the car with the kids and can be asked in. The manager informed me that if it wasn't her then no notary and then went back to what she was doing. Nothing. I only went there because I read a review that said no account was needed for a notary. Since I'm a non customer I'll be pulling my half out your bank and will ask my wife to follow suit.

I have been with them for a couple years and it has become one of the worst experiences ever. I have to fight with them continuously in regards to deposits or returns and their processing times. I get multiple different answers to the same question every time I call. And if I return something it's like pulling teeth to get them to credit it to my account. But when I make a purchase it comes straight out. I don't understand. I get better service and faster response times from NetSpend . That says a lot for what supposed to be one of the better banks. Thanks Wells Fargo for once again holding my money a extra 2 days .

Worst location ever! Drive through line is always wrapped around the bank with one line open, two if you're lucky. I went for a cashiers check handed them the EXACT information and they still got it wrong. Looks like tomorrow will be another lunch hour wasted in the line.

Very poor banking experience!I have had a account with Wachovia slash wells fargo over 20 years they want be moving into 2021 with me.I had check deposited in atm 2nd of December and it cleared I own a business so I keep track of the checks and they pulled the money out of my account 20 days later and got told by wells fargo I need to contact the customer and get another check they couldn't help.Very Very Very bad bank stay away if you want someone to actually look out for your money.
