I come to this bank almost every 2 weeks to get my cash checked, there is always 1 person working and like 5 of them in the back doing NOTHING, the wait is always so long because of this and they are just impolite as hell.

Horrible experience unless you're Hispanic, tried opening up a business account and got denied because I didn't have an apt, in the business world when you need to speak with your bank it is imperative they take the time to accommodate you. I URGE you to not take your business here.

The employee all don’t care, and may I add lazy, they all want to do nothing and make excuses about there system always being down, this hasn’t even been the 2nd or 3rd time, this needs to get fixed asap why are they paid for doing nothing, I don’t gotta lie check the cameras the branch manager too

I have been a customer since 1998 and was very surprised at the customer service I received on Friday, July 14th. I purchased a car from a friend and made out the check to him to cash. When he arrived at the branch, they made him wait for 30 minutes to verify that the check was authentic. The branch contacted me and I was able to verify the last 4 of my social and my phone number. I was told by my friend that after that the teller went to the back and after a few minutes came back and told him that they could not cash the check. He called and told me what happened, I had to contact my manager, take off of work (2:20 pm) and go to the branch. While there we waited in line for over 30 minutes, once we were next in line the teller stepped away from us and went to the back and never returned. I had my debit card, my checkbook with the carbon copy of the check in question as well as my driver's license. My friend and I waited at the desk additional minutes while no one helped or asked to help us, customers behind us were complaining also of the wait. My friend began to video this incident when Paula Kiser came from an office and asked him to stop filming. He asked if there was a rule against filming and she did not answer. She continued to ignore us and got on the phone with leadership and called the local police. She then asked for us to be banned from the branch. The office was understanding and stated that he was doing his job when we explained what happened. We then had to go to another branch (926 East Bessemer) where after identifying myself we still had to wait while the teller made phone calls and spoke to another teller. Luckily my manager understood and I still have a job because by the time the check was cashed, the work day was over. We were never disrespectful or loud, I'm sure both branches have video evidence of this as well as the phone recording that my friend has. Just wanted to let you know how disappointed and angry I was over this kind of service after 25 years.

From out of town and went to this bank because it was the closest one to me. The employee who helped me and did a fantastic job was Joel he educated me on easier processes of managing my funds at the bank. He definitely gave a 10/10 customer service and he is bilingual which is plus!! Go see Joel at Wells Fargo for your everyday needs.

Came to the bank to do a wire transferthey told us we had to do it on the mobile app, so we do ....then leave and get a call from wells fargo and they tell us we have to go back to the bank and have them do the transfer, so we go back to the bank and they said we can't do it?, so after 4 hours there long story short, finally we just withdrew the money and went to Bank of America and they did it in less than 10 mins! I just have Never been to a bank that cannot actually bank, that is the business they are in, right??
