I come to this bank almost every 2 weeks to get my cash checked, there is always 1 person working and like 5 of them in the back doing NOTHING, the wait is always so long because of this and they are just impolite as hell.

This place is horrible. Terrible customer service. ? Paula is the only one worth a damn. She should run and find somewhere else to work.

Horrible experience unless you're Hispanic, tried opening up a business account and got denied because I didn't have an apt, in the business world when you need to speak with your bank it is imperative they take the time to accommodate you. I URGE you to not take your business here.
