Horrible customer service. Tellers and Mgrs don't know how to look up business acct profile to properly do deposits without asking the employees for Id per acct. Profile. Poorly trained, unfriendly staff. I don't work there and I knew they were supposed to load profile to make deposit for our business.

I handed the teller the sample paperwork so all she needed to do was copy the names and information onto the two (2) money orders. When I got home, I noticed that she had written the incorrect name for the Remitter even though it was on the copy I had provided to her. Then, instead of a money order, she had issued me a Cashier Check. Now I have return to bank, again, next week, after I had made the transaction so easy for her to follow. America is going down the toilet. People! pay attention, be in the present, get your heads out of the clouds. I look forward to Artificial Intelligence (AI) when It will perform better customer service work then WELLS FARGO. Secondly, the Owner better not text me with an apology. The Owner or Bank Manager needs to assess and monitor their personnel. America is going down the toilet!!

My husband a long time customer went in there to make a transaction, he doesn’t like to go in to the brach, but this time he went inside. The teller never gave him back he’s license, that is fine sometimes that can happen. but went we call they said that nothings was there i don’t even think they look for it. plus went a customer leave something the employees should contact the customer the same day, if not record the item on the system, like that went the customer call they can search for the item. but they didn’t do there diligent. i see why all this negative reviews.

I'm a long time customer and Vanessa was really rude I was trying to open a new checking account and she told me that they didn't have time I feel like I was discriminate for been Hispanic...poor service

Unfortunately, at Friendly center does not equal to the "Friendly" service! This was what I experienced. Some bankers sitting in the "office" should be of better or higher quality. However, she didn't have it at all!

Came here to write a review, but not surprised at all how bad clients speak about this branch.My mom and I were treated horrible. We had an appointment and the first thing the lady said to us was, "I called you yesterday and someone told me there was no body with (my mom's name) there" I apologized for that, but didn't stop there, she asked my phone again and said, yes, it's the phone I have on file, you need to answer because I like to know what we are doing here in advance" the tone, the words and everything made us feel like we were being reprehended. That didn't stop there, we asked for an appointment because we lost a notice that came to the mail, but this person kept asking for the paper and kept telling us that she would have to retrieve the letter and she was noticeable annoyed by doing her job. Definitely will talk to customer service tomorrow. This is not the way to treat clients.

I am a long time client of Wells Fargo and have been banking with them for upwards of ten years. I called this location today and spoke with Denise about notary needs. She told me they could not notarize a form that I have gotten notarized there before. I told her I had used their notary services for this before and she acted like she was trying to come up with an excuse not to do it. It did not feel so much like a matter of not being able as much as a matter of not wanting to do it. She needs better training on the services Wells Fargo offers and on customer service.

Tried to set up an appointment for weeks to set up a bank account, and they kept canceling. Finally got in and they denied my bank account for no reason and claimed they tried to call to tell me that but never did. Worst experience Ive ever had at a bank. Absolutely would never recommend this branch or this bank ever.

Didn’t have the greatest experience at the Wells Fargo on Green Valley Rd in Greensboro, they need improvement. Took someone here to help them get a replacement card. (I was translating) I told them we need a replacement, they said we need to wait for a banker. We waited 15 minutes, I thought the banker was very unprofessional. He didn’t introduce himself and said he wouldn’t be able to answer our questions or help because apparently we caught him off guard! I was shaking my head. Maybe he just got off lunch break or something but no matter what the reason is, I don’t think there’s any justification for telling a customer you’re unprepared. I would like to make a friendly suggestion; do not even joke about it. It just gives a negative impression. He passed us off to Carla, Carla answered all of our questions satisfactorily and apologized for her coworker. Carla was friendly but was somewhat rude during our conversation. The person I was helping asked me to repeat a question to her about when the replacement card will arrive. When I repeated the question, she said “I just answered that.” I got the impression she was getting tired of talking, I wouldn’t use phrases like that when speaking to customers.

Went to the bank to get a replacement card, was told by the teller to have a seat and wait for a banker. I waited one hour and forty minutes, just to be told by a white male banker that I needed an appointment! This place has really went down hill. But that's to be expected when trash work at the bank. The type of trash that climb on the U.S. Capitol, that kind of trash! The location of this Wells Fargo Bank is 625 Green Valley Rd, Greensboro, NC 27408.

If you need help with personal banking, a loan, or just general financial advice, I highly recommend that you speak with Don Fuller at this Green Valley Road location. He recently helped me with some financial advice and went way above and beyond my expectations. He honestly treated me like family and took his time to make sure that I was comfortable and clear with what to expect. In the end, I made a much smarter financial decision and saved a lot of money in the process. 5 Stars!
