Ordered a sleeper sofa a month ago. I needed it by Christmas and should have had plenty of time according to their delivery estimates. It’s been sitting in the carrier facility for the last 2 weeks. After having to initiate the follow up with Wayfair to get delivery scheduled, the carrier called the incorrect number to confirm we’d be home, left a message asking us to reschedule delivery, but when we tried calling multiple times over 2 days the call goes to a full voicemail box. When I called Wayfair to sort it out, they also weren’t able to contact the carrier and the essential message was “too bad, so sad.” They’d “put in an inquiry” and we’d not know anything until a week later, which means we are SOL for having a furnished house for Christmas. No sincere apology or attempt to ameliorate the situation. I’d planned on using Wayfair for our furniture moving forward, but after such an abysmal and frustrating experience I’ll likely look elsewhere. Definitely think twice before ordering something big that comes with supposed “white glove” delivery.

Operates like most wayfair locations. You can park overnight if needed on the main street.

They want you to buy them straps or they won't release a trailer to you. Also front desk lady was rude

Great place was a drop and hook they left a lot of trash in trailer people were very friendly and no parking on site

Can't give more than one star. The dude in the office try to tell me that when U have an appointment for pickup a preloaded trailer between 6pm-11.30 pm, thats the time that the trailer it will get loaded. Imagine that. Needless to say I was there for 6.5 hours for a preloaded trailer.Shame just shame.

Wayfair fired my daughter saying she missed 6 hours worth of work. She absolutely in no way shape or form miss any work. No investigation no anything just fired her. Do better.
