I noticed that the staff members would single out my friend and was totally rude. I thought he was just making up until he showed me. They delibertly put him on hold for hours. So I called and could get help fast. I will not go there. They need to fire some staff

This store wouldn’t do substitutions for your online order. Walgreens customer service said stores should’ve informed me if there’s changes with my order. Manager cancelled my order without my approval. Not recommended for pick up. Pick up with other Walgreens stores

This is my local pharmacy. I use this location for all of my prescriptions and for the occasional shopping needs in a bind. Obviously, their food items are more expensive than a grocery store and the selection is more limited but has some of the essentials. The pharmacy staff is generally friendly and efficient. You can order refills of your prescriptions online and pick up in store via the drive thru or coming inside. On this visit I actually was here for my second shot of the COVID 19 vaccine- Pfizer. While the experience of trying to book and change appointments via Walgreen's website was not pleasant, the onsite experience for my shot was a well-organized process at the pharmacy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (with my 10-minute post observation time included). They easily identified what paperwork I needed to fill out and the pharmacist administering the shot was helpful with any questions and made the experience painless. Happy to have the vaccine and that you can get it done at your local pharmacy!

The cashier was so rude when I asked her for a sanitized wipe to clean the pin pad for my transaction! She said Walgreens don’t supply enough wipes to clean the counter and pin pad after customers!! That is irresponsible! Nasty!

It's very hard to refill my prescriptions, it was very very easy with Rite Aid. You should include options like, press 1 if you would like to refill your prescription and so on.

The service is courteous and the store is clean and organized. Shop there pretty much weekly, and am on a genuine wave and first name basis upon arriving!
