Nice staff but always takes 2+ hours to fill one prescription.
EDIT: I boosted the rating because they do answer the phone quicker than other walgreens and are really polite.

Staff needs trained in efficiency and friendliness. They left sales tags up from a week ago and then would not give me the sale price when they left the tags up I'm not looking for expiration dates on a sales tag.

Would have been a better call to go ahead and prioritize filling my prescription instead of giving me time to write this review. I called yesterday to confirm they had my meds, they called back to say that my insurance was rejecting it, I told them I was using a good Rx coupon and that I would be picking it up this morning. It was not ready and they told me there were 3 ppl ahead of me. They did not even begin filling it until I pulled up. My favorite part is the poor management of this Walgreens is probably the reason it's the only place I can find my med. Bc no one else wants to come here so they have plenty in supply. Which unfortunately means I'm stuck with this pharmacy. Next time I will sit with the pharmacist on the phone while they fill my prescription and confirm that it is ready for pick up.

very rude horrible customer service I was there to pick up a western union and it was under 300 dollars they did want me to received the money the elderly lady with the red hair and eye glasses told me I will see what we can do but this will be the last time you can pick up money-overall I will not be visiting this store any more when it comes to western union.

Is a wester union there but when I ask they said they don’t have this service after of that the woman said well maybe we have service but we don’t have a money ? terrible service!!

Just started with them on Thursday they was due to send my prescription and didn't called Friday they still didn't send it called on Monday and they claimed they sent it. Waiting to hear from my pharmacy. But idk how they are supposed to help and couldn't send it a prescription.

Purchased a gift card from this location but the card ended up being defective and they refuse to offer a refund or try a different card! I was also told by the Store Manager that they have this issue ALL THE TIME! If you have this problem all the time then it sounds like you should STOP SELLING GIFT CARDS THEN!! Your Pharmacy Staff is also incredibly rude and half the time can’t properly answer questions about their medications! Never buying another product from this location ever again!!

This place especially the pharmacist is a joke...I got there at 15 minutes till 8 mind you they close at 8. The lady at the front said it would take about 15 minutes to fill my meds... feel ve mins till 8 was informed by the pharmacist he wasn't gonna fill my meds...this place is a joke...you can't stay ten minutes later to give someone their meds when it's obvious they need them....and I was here before 8 ... Walgreens should be ashamed.

Photo center sucks. Asked woman behind the counter about dropping off a disposable camera and she looked at me like I was crazy. Said she knows nothing about those, manager just walked to the back and would be right back up and could answer on if they could develop. Stood there for 10 min and walked out after no more acknowledgment. Went next door to CVS and was in and out in 2 minutes. Walgreens sells disposable cameras…not rocket science that they develop. Seems like simple training when onboarding would suffice.

40 minutes to send a fedex. They could not send me a receipt. They could not give me a paper receipt. I left with the package in my hands.

If you want your time wasted, please come here. I was scheduled for a vaccine and completed all the necessary steps online just to come to the store and find out they do not have the vaccine ????
That information should have been stated on the website or I should have received an immediate phone call regarding the lack of supply. Just dumb:

Great pharmacy staff! Great customer service from all of the pharmacy staff at the Lawndale location.Every employee that we have had dealings with and the pharmacist have been very helpful! I like going to this location.
