I just had such a wonderful experience with a very nice lady named Tyleasha. I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling but she is running drive thru at the pharmacy today. She was super helpful with a problem that I had and took her time to explain what was going on. It's so hard to find good customer service and today I experienced excellent customer service. Thank you so much!!!

This pharmacy hangs the phone up on customers after holding 30-40 mins for them to answer. I was not given my full prescription and I can't get anyone on the phone to assist with this.

I came through the drive thru yesterday with a huge migraine after getting an IV drip for dehydration. My husband was driving. Tell me why the pharmacist thought that YELLING at a customer for accidentally giving her the wrong card was a smart idea? What the heck is that about?? So rude, & I'm someone who works in customer service. I get how stressful it can be with short staffs, long lines... but you NEVER take that out on the customers, especially knowing that they probably aren't feeling well! She was rude from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Long black hair in a ponytail working drive thru pharmacy on Thursday, March 2nd at around 4:50pm.

Staff has been courteous and quick with several recent quickly needed prescriptions and they also had a pediatric suspension in stock when others nearby didn’t.

If calling into pharmacy to find out why your prescription didn’t get filled good luck of geese someone on the phone. I was on hold over 20 minutes and never got to talk to someone the operator sent me to a satisfaction survey as though I actually talked to someone. If I could have put in less than a one on some of the questions I would have

So horrible, waited over an hour on hold on the phones then went in, and was told because I had a prescription transfer I was lowest priority and they’d get to it “when we can but we’re busy so it’s going to be a while”. 16 hours later and still nothing. If they weren’t the only pharmacy in town with the script in stock, I’d NEVER GO BACK.

This is the most egregious example of the patient’s running the asylum I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with. I was told they had my client’s medication in stock & to pick it up at 2:30. Got there and no one, including the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered, had a clue what was going on. They wasted half a day with their error and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. They just stood their slack-jawed scrathing their heads. So unprofessional and blatantly ignorant. Never again & Eagle Physicians now knows not to use them either?

I wish I could leave 0 stars for phone service. I don't know how in store services are at this location so my review is soley about my experience using their phone services. Mind you I'm not feeling well and I'm 37 weeks pregnant so 9 months pregnant. I had covid testing done the prior day because I wanted to be sure before returning to work or being around family members for a celebration that I wasn't covid positive. I went to another location for the testing and was given information on how to check the portal for my results. I was falsely informed that I would have my results by 5pm the same day but that was fine I just figured I needed to wait until 24 hours of having the test. The location I went to was closed and I was provided the number for this location. 5 minutes after being on hold I was told there was 1 caller ahead of me. Ok great 11 minutes in the hold music changes to a dial tone (hopeful) at the 13 minutes mark someone picks up the phone and places me back on hold again. Ok back at music waiting again started over pretty much. Same thing happens again at 15 minutes mark and 17 minutes. Ok still on hold and after 19 minutes and 57 seconds the call was ended!! They hung up after almost 20 minutes on hold! Unbelievable!!! Absolutely ridiculous to have this kind of service seriously!! So disappointed!

Daughter’s medicine was somehow deleted on a Sunday evening instead of transferred. (Long strep test came back positive on a sunday). Husband went to pick up, said there was no record of it after I spoke to someone at length two hours prior when still was in system. I called to see what happened. Pharmacist tech blamed on someone else and hung up on me instead of helping fix problem. Horrible service!!!!

Their technician staff need to be trained more professional and improve their sense of responsibility. I had prescription with Walgreens on N. Elm st, one day their system was down for the entire day and they had to close down the next day. I wanted to get my prescription transferred to this Walgreens on Cornwallis with the thought of 24 hour pharmacy should be more professional. A lady technician picked up my phone insisted she could not do anything about it and told me to contact my prescriber for new script (what would I have to do that for? It's my maintenance heart medication, I got 3 refills, it's active, and not a narcotic! And I've been out for 3 days already). I asked to speak to the pharmacist yet she would not transfer me to the pharmacist either! I called Walgreens on Lawndale after that, 30 minutes later I got my medication filled, ready, and zero charge on insurance! What's the difference between these two pharmacies? That lady technician at Cornwallis is a total waste!
