It is not beneficial if you work until 5:00 and cannot get there by 6 during the week. So that leaves the weekend to pick up medicine and Walgreens is closed.

When you receive a prescription at noon, and someone comes to pick it up at 4 and it’s not even been looked at by your pharmacist, the polite, respectful things to say is “we’ve been busy today, let me ask and see when it could be ready” Not, “I don’t know. Might be ready tomorrow”. That’s not acceptable. Your customers have lives too. Have families. Sick children at home. How about having some compassion for your customers. You don’t know what they are going through. We understand you may be busy. And if that’s the case allow us to decide to take it to a store that has the time. But don’t tell a mother of a very sick child that you can’t tell her when her child’s prescription will be ready. That it may be the next day. Those are battle words. Do better.

This has to be the absolute worst Walgreens store. It’s sad when you have a prescription called in @11:00am and it’s still not filled at 6:30pm. Every time I’ve went in this store the employees are standing around talking instead of working. I always see 3 techs and 1 Pharmacists so I’m not understanding why the prescriptions aren’t being filled in a timely manner. Also, this is a brand new store why is Plywood hung up at the drive thru window? You can’t even use the drive thru window at this brand new location instead you have to get out of your car and go inside the store. There’s no consideration whatsoever for the elderly or disabled population. I’m sorry but this Walgreens location needs to do better it’s just ridiculous.

The worst location for service I have ever been to, 3001 E Market St, Greensboro, NC 27405.I went for a Covid booster shot and was treated very bad. The lady giving the shot was very rude and didn’t even put the bandage over the injection that was bleeding. I’m done with Walgreens!

Scheduled a vaccine and when I got there they act like they can’t find my appointment so I was turned away. Trash scheduling system and trash customer service.

I just left this store very unsatisfied. I waited 30 minutes in drive thru to pick up one prescription..ok yes there was two cars in front of me. When I pulled up I couldn't gety prescription because it was covid testing only. I was very very upset. Because they could of gave me my prescription easily...no one else was in line and it would of taken less than 5 minutes to get it. So she refused to give me the medicine and told me to come inside. At this point...I was mad ?. I had to get out of my car and come inside for one prescription that I could of gotten in drive thru...hint the purpose of drive thru. After talking to the manager...the manager had to ring me out. I am going to have to take my prescription elsewhere...this is ridiculous!!!

Waited over 45 minutes for a flu and Covid booster shot and finally had to leave for a work meeting. Super rude when I asked for a update on timing. I was the 3rd person too give up and leave. Don’t go here for shots.

Until recently I was pleased with customer service here but last few times machines were not working. I understand that happens but today in the drive through I waited an hour for the person to be completely rude and insulting. I will be changing drugstores.

8yrs and just got to the point of lacking.I think some are burnt out.It took 2 days to get my meds. ?They could do a lil better.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Customer service is horrible and everyone acts as if they are lost and not understanding. If they are not acting this is not career for them. I will never ever have any prescriptions sent here anymore even if it’s the closest pharmacy. I don’t mind going a lil further to cvs. How you tell me my Medicaid is inactive but cvs says it’s just fine and I can pick up the prescription for free in about 30 min? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PHARMACY TO CHOOSE! IF YOU CAN HELP IT PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR BUSINESS WITH CVS!!! Cvs is very professional and have great customer Service. 100 out of 10 stars for cvs pharmacy
