Ordered 2 dash cams from a local store for Christmas gifts this year. An hr after I completed my order this Walgreens changed it. They only had 1. I found 2 I wanted at competitors store. I cancelled the order and called the store to ask about my refund. Walgreens person #1 told me since I never picked the cam up my card was not charged. As Maury to the polygraph test \\\"THAT IS A LIE\\\" They changed me for 2 dash cams. I called Walgreens person #2 to ask when my funds would be returned to my card. #2 said \\\"72 hrs after cancelation\\\". #2 was full of #2. I called Walgreens person #3. \\\"WHERE MY DAMN MONEY!!!\\\" Walgreens person #3 claims it will be 7-10 business days. I think Walgreens is kicking the can down the road till I forget. That can they're kicking has my money in it. I won't forget about that. Save yourself the trouble.

Walgreen's Pharmacist Samone at store #6812 was so disappointed with the service I received from her. I honestly believe she hurt my arm intentionally upon receiving my first vaccine... Told her it was burning while she inserted the needle and I could feel the the burn of the vaccine. She replied "you can". It was EXTREMELY bad service. I had to wait 40 minutes & she never acknowledged me and had to ask how much longer do I have to wait. Was told 5 minutes. Because I had to say something I had already waited 40 minutes. Simone saw my document sitting on the counter because she had taken another customer in to give them a vaccine earlier. That so uncalled for it and totally ridiculous!!! I've been a regular customer there over the years and other customer service staff have been great! However, after this experience I want to CVS and had a much better and delightful experience!!

Can't seem to process prescriptions correctly. Gave me the wrong drug twice!!! Now it's been a week another prescription still not filled. Going to CVS from now on. They need to put the same effort in filling prescriptions as they do with their aggressive calls asking for you to refill your current prescription.
