I had such a great experience here. I came in for SNS & a gel pedicure. There were a lot of a lot customers being serviced so I expected to wait, but they put me in a pedicure chair right away and a second woman came to do my SNS while I was getting my pedicure. I felt so comfortable and they asked what I wanted/if I liked them every step of the way. I was out in less than an hour and my nails look phenomenal! They offer free wine with services $45+ and also have water & soda available. The prices are very comparable to (if not better than) other salons in the area. Probably the largest selection of pedicures, sns, gel, & regular polish that I've seen, including jelly pedicures. I have been to so many nail salons in Greensboro and I will absolutely return to this one.

I was sent a survey I couldn't open so I called the next day and spoke to the manager, expressing my concerns. The manager offered to have me come in and they would do fake nails for me. Unfortunately, this wasn't a viable option for three reasons, 1) I just did not have time before leaving town for my event, 2) fake nails are so bad for your real nails and my nails don't need any help in being weak and damaged, and 3) I hate the look of fake nails...had I wanted fake nails, I would have just come in for them in the first place. It also misses the point that I spent so much time and effort on my NATURAL nails so that they would look great for my event, as I love pretty NATURAL nails. All that said, I very, VERY much appreciate the fact that they wanted to try to make things right.

This was my first time trying Victoria's Spa and Nails and I was not disappointed! I complimented a young lady recently and she told me she had her nails done here and loved the place, so I had to go! Jenica did my hot stone pedicure and my SNS nails. The pedicure was very relaxing. She was gently with my ticklish feet and massaged my legs with the correct amount of pressure. She mentioned that she was having a bad week, but it did not show in the wonderful job she did on my fingers and toes. I will most definitely be back.

Everyone here is amazing and I will NEVER go anywhere else now that I found them!!! My toes and nails are FIRE! Everyone is so kind there and it's comfortable! Relaxed and friendly!

I am having problems with my hands and feet. Lot of pain and numbness. I checked with my doctor before going. The young lady that took care of me was so patient, gentle, kind, so sweet. She took great care of me. Great spa. Not my first time there.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is always very friendly and inviting, even when I’ve had to bring my toddler with me. I’ve always felt welcome and the space is beautiful. Would definitely suggest this company for your pedicure and manicure needs.
