“i come in here pretty much every other day for some gummies, i'm sure they would probably recognize my face (i just don't feel comfortable having it as my public google picture lol) but they are seriously so awesome. there's a reason they have five stars - the only negative review i saw seemed to be tripping anyway, if i'm being frank lol, but their selection is great, and they're such sweet approachable people. jenna always makes me feel warm and welcome - especially shopping alone as a girl, she just has such a helpful presence and has always helped me or answered my questions. they're all super kind, chill and the point benefits are great too <3”

“Today there was an issue with something I had purchased. I didn't think they were going to fix the problem, but the owner took over and made it right. Me or my husband are here in a weekly basis because he keeps my vape in stock, and have had nothing but pleasant visits. I will say if they didn't fix my problem today, they would have lost a customer that brings them constant business. I'm glad they made it right.Go check them out!!”

They also post management’s phone contact if there is ever a problem. It was a small situation that I experienced and I reached out to management. I was contacted within the hour! “We another great experience at the Elm street grill. We found this restaurant two years ago while visiting family who live locally. Our experience then was great and this visit was even better. The meals were delicious. I enjoyed the Grouper over asparagus and mashed potatoes, which was to die for! Ravi and his staff were perfect.
