There is a difference between smoke shops and vape shops. This is a true vape shop where the staff is knowledgeable of it's product. I can't say the same about other so called smoke and vape shops where owners are opening shops and are ignorant to the product they sell.

The new owner is awesome. The setup is perfect where you can taste the most popular juices as they are on the counter. Great inventory and unlike some Vape shops they have the coils for EVERY tank or kit that they sell in stock. I stopped going before the new owner bought the business because inventory and employee attitude sucked. Once again this will be my 1st choice for my vaping needs.

Always call before you go. Three times now I have driven 15 minutes to only find locked doors and no lights. It's 11:15 am, door says open at 10 am. I've sat here for 30 minutes and the store is still not open. Save yourself a trip and call first to see if anyone is working. Waist of my lunch time, gave my business to clouds just down the road.

This vape store is amazing! Under new management, the new owner is super knowledgeable, and polite! They have every flavor you could think of from desserts, cereals, whiskey, lattes and fruit!! They also have the samples (with disposable tips) for you to try out the flavors for both eliquid and disposables! It's a 40 min drive to come here but I just found my new favorite vape store and it's worth the trip! If you're around the area (or even if you're not!) You should stop by and give it a try! You won't regret it!

The store is incredibly clean. Has plenty of variety of vapes and juices. The new owner is very knowledgeable and helped me so much to find the products I needed. My family and friends will definitely be visiting again!!!

The pictures are deceiving. They had one wrack behind the counter with some things but that’s it. The size of a large bathroom with no selection.

I would typically give this place 5 stars, as I always go here. They always have what I need and have been coming here for 3 years. However, the last few times I have been here, the gentleman there has been pretty rude. Most times, I walk in and I seem to interrupt him watching tv. Then, I was told I could no longer purchase single coils. I typically buy them by the pack, however it has been extremely tight this month as I’ve had unexpected expenses. That said, the other sweet girl that works here has always allowed me to purchase singles if I need to. When I came in yesterday and purchased my juice, the gentlemen informed me that they didn’t have any of the 3mg in stock. I opted for the 0mg with a nicotine pack. I have always been able to have them put it in, but he told me they could not do it any longer. That they aren’t allowed to. I just said okay and went on my way, as he was more interested in the customers that walked in the door. I added the nicotine and evidently added too much? I assumed the nicotine packs were by mg and they are not. I cannot even vape the juice bc it is now too strong and cannot return it. So I will be out for the rest of the week. I really hate to leave this review because I have come here for so long and the other girl that works here is so nice, helpful and super sweet.

This is going to seem biased but I love coming to this vape shop. It has a welcoming staff and a welcoming environment. I worked in customer service for a few years now and Vicky had a migraine but was able to fight through it and give her 100% to the customers that came in. She is knowledgeable of the products that is sold and has great people skills. Any question she was asked, she could tell or explain the answer.

I live out of the area looking for a specific brand that's been hard to find. After connecting through the mfg they pointed me to a few retail stores in the Greensboro area and I connected with Derek the owner of Valiant Vapors on Yelp. He was very helpful and took the time to answer questions and suggested I call his assistant manager Vicki at the store to find out exactly what they had in stock. Glad I did... she was very personable, friendly and helpful, and even agreed to take my order over the phone securing it until my arrival in town in 2 weeks. Now that's customer service. Oh and if you buy 5 bottles the 6th one was free... awesome deal, thanks guys, I look forward to meeting you and for sure I'll be a regular client!
