This place has the worst services of any USPS I have had to do business with. The last two packages to be delivered by them have had issues that could’ve easily been solved through simple communication, understanding, and just plain common sense. Avoid if possible.

Zero customer service. I came in here and tried to make an enquiry regarding a mail I needed to send but instead of trying to help, the black lady who was suppose to be attending to me, was talking to a male friend of hers, and told him to “watch this” , trying to make fun of my accent. Although I ignored it, but her customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. By the way, I am black and African , for those who might think I am trying to be problematic.

Thanks to this Post office my son didn't receive his Valentine gift on time. To beat it all they sent it the wrong direction. Very unhappy with a service that keeps needing more money to do a worse job. Very sad.

I hope I have the correct postal dept for this review. Pablo is such a pleasure to deal with. The help you have given me and some of the others before I got to you from the toll free number are a blessing getting my mail situated out of hold mail. The issue with releasing the hold mail was a little mixed up but you didn't stop until you got it flowing for me!. THANK YOU SO MUCH...I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!.

The Post Office. Well, we all sometimes ship packages and letters to family and friends, and the Post Office is one of our many options. They have boxes that you can use for free to ship. The staff are friendly, professional, and ready to help. You can also purchase postage stamps there and many more. The surroundings are neat and the inside of course is cleaned as well. You can rent a mailbox here. They also have a self checkout kiosk that you can use to buy stamps for letters and packages ?. Overall, great place to do your every day shipping. Happy shipping!!

This place just needs to close. Workers here are always giving people unwarranted attitudes and are no help. They won't tape a package. They won't print an already paid for label for a person to ship the package. If you not gon print my label then give my 7.99 back tf.

I had to leave for a length of time in AUGUST... I was unable to have my mail held. The website is HORRIBLE..I tried changing password multiple times and even re registered. As for calling . I beleive NO one is at a call center this is unacceptable. It is now Dec and a lot of my mail is blocked
