Extremely rude and unhelpful. Needed a package sent to one of the service academies using the EXACT same address utilized multiple other times. It is a more complicated process, but instead of using the complete and precise instructions written by another postal service employee the employee insisted it was impossible and told us to go somewhere else. Did I also mention how rude she was? And the other employee didn’t do or say anything to intervene.

I WAS A CUSTOMER AFT THIS POSTAL SERVICE CTR. ON 4/18/2024. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT "RIO" WAS SO INCREDIBLY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE A NOT SO GREAT DAY PERFECT! They lose mail very severely at this location. My package was supposed to be delivered overnight. Here it has been over a week later and still no package delivery. I even called district manager and the regional manager and still no phone call back. So I’m just heading to the HEADQUARTERS in DC, maybe they can help assist with this ghetto.

I will not be going back to this post office no shipped some product and asked the clerk to put a fragile sticker on it. These are candles and they can break. He said will do. The next thing I know he is throwing my package into the outgoing mail shoot. I again reiterated that it was fragile and needed a sticker. He replied, “oh I will walk around and put one on!” If my products that I worked hard on are damaged I will really be upset.

There was a young lady working who was very rude & disrespectful. I always complete customs forms online to ship care packages to my significant other in the armed forces. However, since she did not know how to deal with an online customs forms she caught an attitude which increased the amount of time I stayed at the store. If she would’ve just asked someone instead of being rude the process could have been a lot faster. I recommend the post office off of Friendly Ave because they are always kind!

Very poor customer service. Rudely denied taking packages when drop box was broken. And I asked if I could leave it at the door. Would recommend HR to train employees on a proper friendly disposition when interacting with customers.

i don’t have high expectations coming to the usps. i understand the politics & how the last president gutted the system. has to be one of the most friendly locations i’ve been. they were actually helpful and welcoming. i appreciate the older lady working there today, African American: so kind & sweet.
