The low rating is really undeserved.These people are some of the most amazing post office people I have ever met.They have been the most gracious, accommodating, and helpful people I have ever met. It is not usual for government workers to be this good but, they have blown my expectations completely out of the water.Thank you to everyone who works here. ❤️?

I really like this Location SOME of the staff I talk to on a regular. The problem I do have with the location is sometimes when I order my packages get lost because of the zip code but, they have helped me recover them. One of the staff members is full of it though, you get informed delivery it shows you what mail is going to be in your box that day. Sometimes it runs behind but for the most part it's in your box the same day. My husband ask what time mail was runs at this post office the employee gave him 2 different answers until he seen me and gave a 3rd different answer. Smh. Then he lied about informed delivery like I just learned about it. Also letting them know that certain mail does not belong to your PO Box is a pain. People have used the same PO Box in the past so of course their mail will be sent to the PO Box if it wasn't changed. He used to be helpful I don't know what have gotten into him. The other staff I love!

Despite the negative reviews, I had a great experience at this location! The guy who helped me with my passport appointment was very kind and made me comfortable. He also explained everything with the payment/ process thoroughly and it was all smooth.

The lady with short hairs is so rude. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She should quit if she don’t like her job. It does not make any sense that you argue with every customer and take the business for granted. I been dealing with this post office for more than 4 years on everyday basis and things were pretty smooth. The day that lady joined this post office, the level of this location is going down only due to her rude behavior and stubbornness. Once again babe “quit if you don’t like your job”.

I had to wait more than 1 hour to find a person in store. The guy just left the office and disappeared.
