Greensboro PO has been known USPS wide as the worst District in US for DECADES. Greensboro city is part of Greensboro District. Nepotism took full control after 2008 economic crash. Clueless family and friends being “gifted” cushy jobs when not even full time regular employees. Been in PO 90 days and supervising 20-30 yr employees!?! Then also using 90-day good little minions, “yes” men and women, who do what they’re told, whether right, wrong, or illegal. They made clueless decisions that are still crippling Greensboro 15 years later. Former Greensboro PM Ron White ruled by fear, intimidation and harassment. And got away with it, with help from his good buddy Russ Gardner- Gso District Mgr. And the USPSOIG and USPSIS turning a blind eye. He surrounded himself with women, and even though he is finally gone, his legacy of abuse and severe clueless mis-management lives on in the multiple generations of nepotism, (who continue to live in fear of him) As they continue to bring them in and gift them cushy jobs, ahead of knowledgeable, experienced employees. There were investigations into both men, but USPS refuses to release findings. And PM White’s son-in-law Josh was caught charging over $60k of personal items to USPS credit card. He was PAID during investigation, and given a job back!? And worse, Josh’s wife was “gifted” PM of Colfax, and is still there. The new District Mgr says she is breaking up the nepotism ring, but has no idea just how far they have infiltrated every dept, and that they sit right outside her office. And has done nothing to get experienced managers at the Gso Processing Plant. And new Greensboro PM Blake Denny is just nepo network from Texas. He came in 4/2024 immediately attacking the workforce, without looking into the horrible supv’s. He has been off doing “personal projects” all year, with previous PM’s most evil minion filling in for him. And has no idea that the former PM’s best friend Jymmi sits right outside his office. Screwing up EVERYTHING she touches. We never saw mail thrown away until nepo’s took over. And 90-day supv’s who did it, are now FT supv’s. They have clueless, untrained people training new people, who do everything wrong and don’t care. It’s ALL about making their numbers, at any cost. So now, between the clueless nepo’s running PO, the new younger employees not giving a damn about doing anything right, and the influx of organized package/mail theft due to massive online shopping, it’s a wonder anything gets anywhere. And couple that with the public thinking everyone just “knows” where they’re at (Delivery companies don’t track where you live, they’re not Google) they go by the address YOU used when buying, if you didn’t check it before hitting submit, that’s on you. Or you couldn’t be bothered to forward your mail when you moved, then complain when it’s sent back. Own it, fix it and move on.
So yes, USPS sucks because of 15+ years of nepo mismanagement. But, don’t fret, congress has (covertly) been setting it up for privatization since the early 2000’s. That is coming much sooner than you think. They are working now to separate mail and package delivery, so they can sell off package side and are doing everything to get everyone to go digital and wipe out mail. Best bet for mail safety now, is getting a private mailbox, at a Pack’nPost or UPS store.

Today June 10th 2024 I received Horrible Customer Service today around 12:15pm from one of the service window workers an older caucasian man maybe in his 40’s or 50’s . I was explaining to him how I came early this morning and spoke with a lady that was very helpful and told me to get everything I needed to be shipped and come back and they could weigh the box and lemme know how much to send the package to New Jersey. When I got back and was next in line and came to him he was not helpful and was talking to be like I couldn’t understand English and made a comment “we are not here to give to advise on packages or what to put things in” .This was not friendly or respectful to customers coming in to place orders to send out to families. I’m very disappointed in this service from post office.

There is something very sketchy about this post office. I have went into the post off to address my mail being sent to the wrong apartment, not receiving mail and packages at all only junk mail. Which is odd when I speak to very important companies that assures me that they have sent out mail that should’ve been made it to me. I contacted corporate and they have claimed to resolve the problem initially but after my mail started being sent to the wrong address again I realized that this issue was not resolved. Ironically my sister’s mail and common junk mail would make it, but NOT mail that belongs to me. Am I being targeted? If so, why? I really don’t know what is going on or what to do. However, based on theses comments this entire post office needs to be investigated and then we all should form a class action lawsuit!

Bald man that works here refused to let me bring in my service dog, I am half deaf and she helps me to get around. Horrible service everyone here is rude.

They need to shut this place down workers stealing packages that aren’t theirs. I tried to send a overnight package and it was only scanned once and was never scanned or sent after that then when I went to ask KENNETH PRICE about it told him it wasn’t scanned at its destination so it never left he laughed and said it could be anywhere & wasn’t helping at all with the situation never been to a useless disrespectful post office they need fire this rat.

Ken was an absolute joy to work with. He is working to help clean up a mess that started when another postal worker from another location lied and possibly did something illegal. We have worked with him three times already and may need to go in two more times however, knowing that this will truly be corrected once and for all is comforting. We should never have gone to any other locations, only here and with Ken.

Ken (white middle aged bald guy) is a very rude guy. A simple question and process of sending something became a condescending interaction with racist undertones. His disagreement on how I wrote a 1 led to him saying "Look kid, here in America this is a 7" and then after asking a question "You haven't done much of this, haven't you?". Who is this dude? Why are you talking to me like that? Why are you assuming things? Why are you treating me like an imbecile after a question?
I wonder if this jerk lets his mouth run as much when he isn't wearing a federal uniform.

Ms Monica is absolutely amazing!
Had to make a last-minute decision mailing a package. Had to make a phone call for confirmation right at the counter and she was very patient. She is jewel ? and USPS is fortunate to have her!

Terrible customer service told me my package wasn’t there yet and said i would get a call back about it bc the items are worth over 1k and that was on the 6th have yet to receive a call back and now there’s no record of the intercept at all…

I agree with many posts on this post office.They are rude, the manager refuse to give his name and was very condescending.They do not put the Registar return label s so you can fill them out while in line so you need to go through the line twice.
