Nice people to deal with, just wish they had more experience loading customer's trailer. Went to pick up a lift with an 18 foot flat bed trailer and they really struggled getting it loaded, and damaged the fender on my trailer. I would like to think that companies that sell the lifts would ship with freight carriers that have the equipment and experience to handle them.

They did call and schedule delivery and then called later to tell me I wasn’t going to get it. I chose to go to the terminal to pick it up, and they were fantastic at the terminal and they got me loaded in no time flat and the manger was top notch and the guy that loaded me was over the top. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope the company higher ups see this review!

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. I have a movement disorder which makes filling out labels difficult. I highly recommend UPS Mallard.

My package said it would be delivered on a Monday and required a signature. I called the 1-800 number in the morning to get an estimated time of delivery, and was told it would be delivered anytime before 8pm. I waited around until about 5pm and called again, but this time I was told my package hadn’t made it on the truck and would be delivered the following day. After wasting my time all day UPS could not arrange or guarantee a time the following day to make up for their poor performance. Not even close to the level of service you would expect for $75. Next time I‘ll be sure to use FedEx.
