Listen you have to drop the trailer and wait. This is ups they have to load it on a pup by hand. Then the trailer goes over to the pallet guy. If you are patient enough 12 hours your trailer will be atleast clean of pallets and wrapping. You must leave. There is a mcdonalds and such walmart over by the 85 loop. If you dont want to wait font take these hello fresh loads. Good day to do laundry shower at ta truck stop. 15 miles away. You can pc is need be.

More than 10hrs to get your trailer empty. No matter what time you check in they will tell you to come back 3-4pm. Do not take this load.

Worst experience ever with a delivery company. Do not let them fool you with sweet talk run around bull. Their drivers drive over posted speed limits . Leave packages all over the place. Do not care if your packages makes it in time for your business. Customer service is a joke at best. People that cannot get off the seat should not work for a delivery company. Pat 3 days shop cameras seen and head driver blowing horn at the end of driveway when package says deliver to shop garage. DO YOUR JOB.

A bit lengthy unloading D&H but not bad just terrible communication no one tells you where the dispatch office is, nobody called to tell me my trailer is unloaded or where to find it but atleast they cleaned it out Expectd more professionalism from a company like UPS

Pallets are not a problem, when you check in ask where Pallet dock is, they will clean Pallets and trash out if your trailer for free before you leave..

Have to drop trailer and wait for unloaded of it. Have to leave UPS while their unloading of it. Then said come back 8 hours to pick up. As I've seen on previous reviews they will leave pallets and shrink wrap on the floor for you to clean. I'll see.

A rubbish place. After they keep the trailer for more than 8 hours to download it. When you pick it up the trailer is full of garbage. What a bad job. If I could rate it with -20 stars it would be much better

0 stars. Owner operators DO NOT I repeat DO NOT TAKE THIS LOAD!!!! THEY NEED TO BE BLACK LISTED!!! I delivered at 5a and was told the earliest time my trailer would be ready is 3 or 4pm.

Re-edit I do not recommend working for this company for anyone who considers not wanting to waste there valuable time and resources please consider all other options as UPS will steal your time and leave you confused with there willful ignorance. They will tell you one thing then leave you utterly confused. As a recent employee who was not terminated but made a simple request to change shifts... they did hold there end of the bargain. You will find yourself calling a customer representative only to told by four different recruiters that they cannot help you with a HUMAN RESOURCE issue. Seems like they only care about seniority and there people but as a seasonal worker you are told that you are just as disposable. IN complete shock when the Supervisor Alex told me that I was not valued as I only started working in his shift mind you 4 days in always early and no missed attendance. Its more than most people will do!
