I am highly disappointed in the service I am receiving from UPS for a package filled with irreplaceable items from my little sitter who passed away after her battle with a glioblastoma brain tumor. And it was moving freely through each location until it made it to Greensboro and now I am unable to file a claim. I have attempted to contact UPS across all social media platforms to no avail. This is very heartbreaking and difficult for my family. Items should have been delivered on 8/15. It’s a shame more preventative measures have not been put in place to ensure packages reach their final destinations. Or a more reliable tracking system. Because how can a HUGE package get lost in less than an hour at the same facility?

Ordered my grandmothers medicine last week. It said the medicine will be here on the 14th. Then it said it would be here on the 16th between 12:15pm to 3:15pm. Nothing ever came. There was no note on the door. An we don’t have to sign anything for it to be dropped off not to mention we have a ring cam. So no one ever came. My grandmother has cancer in her blood. The meds helps her body produce more blood to where she stays alive. I called UPS customer service and they said medicine won’t be here until Monday that would be potentially her being without meds for 3/4 days. My grandmother could potentially die that’s how severe the cancer in her blood is. I dont see why it said the package was in Greensboro yes and out for delivery but now it says on its way. It’s not making any sense whatsoever. My cousin texted me yesterday on the 16th with the tracking number and she told me to keep an eye out for her meds and it said it was out for delivery. This is ridiculous. If anything happens to my grandmother during the time she’s unable to take her meds just know YOU GUYS WILL GET SUED FOR HAVING DRIVERS WHO ARE NEGLIGENT TO THE FACT THAT THEY DON’T LNOW WHAT THEY ARE DELIVERY. NOT EVERY PACKAGE CAN BE PUSHED TO THE SIDE AN DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY OR DAYS AFTER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.

EXTREMELY disappointed to learn this location is being closed. The UPS stores are okay, but this place is hands down the most helpful folks around.. someone pinching Pennie’s is asleep at the wheel on this decision.

Shipped to a brand new address, which UPS could not find. Then lost three of the four packages that I needed for Monday installation still looking and they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Not sure how I’m gonna handle all of this. Not happy!!

Staff was incompetent. I paid Fashion nova $19.99 for two day shipping . Arrived at Greensboro facility in transit to high on t my package was put on transit it to Missouri . They were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation.

UPS CARRIER HAS FAILED DERMADICALY IN DELIVERING MY LAST TWO PACKAGES IN TWO WEEKS. FIRST PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED SEVERELY DAMAGED. CONTANTS WAS BROKEN AND BENT.
SECOND PACKAGE WAS LOST AFTER ARRIVING IN GREENSBORO NC. TRIED CALLING UPS. AUTOMATED CALL WILL NOT LET YOU SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BE SO BAD.
ALSO, GROUND OPERATIONS APPEARANTLY HAVE LITTLE REGARD FOR THE CARE OF PACKAGE'S. HOLES IN BOX'S SEVERELY DAMAGED CONTAINS. AND LOST PACKAGE'S. HOW CAN YOU LOSE A PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER????..TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH UPS.

Ordered a hitch-based cargo trailer which is about 4 ft long and 2x2 ft. height/width. Takes 4 days to arrive in Greensboro from Colorado; delivery date gets postponed from March 4th to March 8th, then postponed again to March 12th, then I have to call UPS for them to tell me they lost the package and are starting an "investigation". 5 days later they call and say the package has been lost and no compensation for inconvenience will be provided. This has delayed our travel plans by 2 weeks and could not be more frustrating. We will not use UPS for anything any longer unless there is zero time sensitivity. Thanks, Greensboro distribution center! Not sure how you can lose a package big enough to fit a human inside!

Have lived a lot of places and this 3007 Executive Dr. Greensboro is by far the most efficient and friendly UPS store I have ever been too! Feel like family there. I run a farm, so I am there a lot picking up packages and dropping stuff off. Absolutely love Lisa,Teri,Terry and chuck. Please let them know they are doing a great job, employees need to hear that. Thanku

The one thing that made me quite unhappy, using UPS over USPS, is that for the exact amount of money to ship my package, which I was shocked about, I had to do so much work entering the shipping information. USPS accepts the package and they do the work. I prefer for others to do the work.

UPS sucks. Drivers have no clue. Looking for package delivery on 10th. Moronic driver calls me to say it's wrong address after I've been living here receiving mail and ogther deliveries for 4 years. Well if this is the wrong address maybe the geniuses at UPS can show ME the right one.
