I recently relocated to Greensboro and for some reason was having a hard time finding a good dry cleaner. I had used a dry cleaner called A Cleaner World just once for 3 blouses and the experience there was just awful, so I was quite nervous to trust again. But soon I found out I was in for a very different experience at Ultra. The minute I walked in I was greeted so warmly by one of the owners, and even before I unloaded my ginormous bag of items for cleaning, we had struck up such a wonderful and comfortable conversation like we had known each other for years. The husband and wife duo that owns Ultra are the nicest, most warm, kind and genuinely friendly people I’ve met in a long time. She even took the time to go through each piece to make sure she was familiar with anything needing special attention. How awesome is that! And today when I came to pick up what looked like the contents of half my closet she wouldn’t let me carry it all out to my car alone and even hung them in my overcrowded backseat taking special care not to bunch things together! What a lovely, sweet new friend and now my only dry cleaner. The clothing was done impeccably. Perfectly laundered and creases cotton shirts and dry cleaned pantsuits and dresses. I absolutely could not be happier! I highly recommend Ultra for all your laundered and dry cleaning needs.

Great business - I’ve taken many shirts here and am always very happy with their work. I’ve had old ink spots in white shirts completely disappear! I would highly recommend their services.

Incredible service. I have gotten several alterations done and they are perfection! Recently got jeans hemmed and they were done in just a few days. Great prices and impeccable quality. Pics are before and after hem of the jeans on the right. (Jeans on left for reference).

When I stopped working in High Point, going to my old cleaners was no longer an option. I tried some of the more known places but had broken buttons on shirts, poorly pressed seams on jackets, and general dissatisfaction with others here in Greensboro. Then I read Fred B.'s review from 10 years ago, and some more recent ones and decided to give them a try. Well they rushed a bunch of stuff through in one day at drop-off but I misread the hours - and made a wrong turn, arriving 2 minutes after they closed with the door locked and me thinking I better get up really early the next day to get my cleaning. Thankfully they were still inside getting ready to go - saw me approach and unlocked the door - SAVED!Well, everything they cleaned and pressed was not only perfect but the packaging and presentation were also perfect.Ultra Dry Cleaning will be my go-to from now on - even with a bit of a drive to get there! 5 Stars well earned and deserved!

I went for the first time with 1 brand new dress shirt to be cleaned because it was wrinkled and I'll never go back, over priced and I don't think they even cleaned the shirt but I didn't have a choice because I need it.

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their wedding dress cleaned! They went above and beyond to clean my brand new wedding dress that i apparently got tinted sunscreen on when getting alterations. They weren’t able to get it out the first time however because they pride themselves in customer service they cleaned it twice and got it out! It looks exactly as it did when I first purchased it! Will return again once wedding is over to have my dress cleaned! Thank you again!!! That’s what you call high quality service!
