Employee helped me find a house phone.. she was very nice.. I totally didn’t see it and was headed out the store and she came and found me and brought me the phone.. thank you… also always good deals and items at this location

Poor customer service. This location does not honor prices posted. Cashiers comment on the purchases you’re making, cashiers also up charge on things they like than put them behind the counter when you don’t want to pay the up charge. I was a loyal customer. I will not be shopping at this Battleground Store.

Experience is great , but wanted to drop off donations. Hours say open . Went by there , and are closed . Not good management for not updating if closed .

Best goodwill ever! The Goodwills in Oak ridge and High Point suck but this is my favorite place to thrift. There are always gems hidden in this place.

Great efficiency, pleasant staff! During a busy Friday afternoon, it took me less than a minute to drive up, have my 5 bags unloaded from my car, and receive my tax receipt, without ever having to leave my car! Loved the experience!

Very simple layout of the store! I was able to browse comfortably and find unique pieces. The fitting rooms were cleaned out frequently which allowed for a smooth try-on process.

One of the best Good will stores I've shopped.Large selection of men's and women's clothing. Several racks of kitchen and household goods. Also furniture pieces and many more odds and ends.Register staff always pleasant.Ample parking.

i love goodwill while but this location is a little subpar. i donate & buy from them frequently…hopefully i can find another location near downtown with better varieties.
