“As a previous employee of Bobby's Friendly Towing, When in need they are my go to. Today I had a front tire blow out on the interstate with my toddler grand babies ies in the car. Called for availability, and Ashley answered the phone. She promptly sent Abel to the rescue. I never met this guy til today but have heard ALOT of good about him and his presence and performance today proved his excellence. He patiently waited and stood guard while I loaded my grand kids car seats and all into their dad's car and before they pulled back onto the highway Abel had my car gracefully loaded onto his truck. Bobby's has always shown compassion, courtesy, and professionalism from the dispatchers on the phone to the Towing operators final task. Abel was amazing!!!! “It was said to me today that a wrecker driver is like an ambulance driver, they are there on your worse day and today was one for the books. My granddaughter knocked my daughters car out of gear and drove it through the garage and when Spotlight was called they reached out to understand what kind of equipment they needed and brought 2 trucks, and 2 very knowledgeable men and another that was training. Ro and George were excellent and very careful with her car. James was also a very good representative of this company. Thank you so much for your great work and your awesome employees!!”

“I am actually very satisfied with the efficiency of this company. My car got towed overnight from my apartment complex (completely my fault) and when I called at 5am to ask how much the towing fees were, i was told in a rude manner and got hung up on as soon as I was done asking questions. No goodbye or anything. After reading some reviews I was skeptical about getting overcharged or running into rude employees as i already had dealt with a man and a woman on the phone who were both rude (I called twice to make sure I had the correct amount in cash) Along getting there, there were 2 ladies in the office. I was overcharged for a fee I was not aware of, but the two ladies in the office helped me out and were fairly nice and respectful through the entire process. I can see where the bad customer service reviews come from, however the people behind the counter are willing to work with you just so long as you remain cordial and respectful. Because at the end of the day, it’s not their fault your car got towed. So to those ladies who were there on 10/29 at around 8-9pm Thank you!!”
