Loved the atmosphere from the jump! Makayla was super helpful and kind to us, made us feel as if we were at home before even applying. I have looked at so many apartments and I learned far more about this apartment than any other. She told us everything we needed to know while getting to know us, and doing her best to help us get into a new place with ease. Love this place and the people working in it!

Very disappointed in the exterior of building and the fact that there is one wall AC for the entire apartment. Put in a workorder to have gutters cleaned at my daughter's apt. Gutters are at risk of falling if not cleaned soon, but she was told she has to pay to have gutters cleaned. Stairs need to be repaired and I'm have concerns about the integrity of stairs. Exterior around apartment not clean at move-in. Complex is not bad, but significant attention could be paid to making it look nice. Seems reasonable to expect this of a landlord.

Edit: I am amending my review because Timbercreek has got a new property manager named Tiffany who is AMAZING!! She contacted me promptly and promised to fix my issue. She made sure that I was getting regular pest control treatments and even came by personally several times to make sure everything was okay and that the treatments were working. On top of that, she followed up with me several times after the treatments to make sure I had no more pest control issues. She is super super nice, personable, she cares and she is very hands on when it comes to dealing with these issues. Anytime I have a problem, Tiffany reaches out to me the next day and has a resolution for me or points in my in the right direction. THIS is what this property was missing and finally i feel comfortable and happy in my apartment. She has changed my whole view on this apartment complex and I havent seen a bug in months. Awesome work Tiffany and Pest control!
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE**** This place is a absolute LIVING NIGHTMARE! I cannot wait until my lease is up. There are soooo many roaches in this apartment it is ridiculous. They say it is “newly renovated” but the renovations are absolutely terrible. The “hardwood” floors are cheap. I tried to move my refrigerator to spray roach spray behind it becaus there are so many roaches in the kitchen, and the hardwood floor ripped!! Thats how poorly renovated these units are. “Pest contol” comes in every Tuesday to spray and the issue with the roaches NEVER goes away. I have sent 4 emails about the roach issue and got absolutely no response. Furthermore, one of the ladies at the front desk told me that the property manager was out sick and that she was taking over for her as of now (i wish i got her name) She promised to come to my apartment and inspect it to see if pest control was doing their job. She said she would come at around 10am on Monday.. of course nobody ever showed up or even called me. The cherry on top of this and what promoted this post is that I just tried to take a shower after a long day at work and the shower water is running brown.. this place is a absolute JOKE. Nobody cares about your issue, it is small and stuffy and there is no central AC. Just a loud AC unit. Again, my lease is up soon and I absolutely cannot wait until it is. You get what you pay for.
I make a effort to deep clean every Saturday, i have tried sprays, traps, everything and nothing is working. This lets me know it is a infestation and something seriously needs to be done. Its actually so bad that I do not keep my pots and pans in the cabinets anymore. I keep them in plastic bins so that roaches wont get on them (the woman at the front desk, the property manager who took over while the main property manager was gone is aware of this issue because I pleaded with her on the phone to please fix this issue and I advised her of the extreme measures that have been taken to stop myself from getting sick because of these roaches and she apologized and assured me that is what they pay pest control for and assured me it would get fixed. I have also notified pest control of the extreme measures I have had to take to make sure I do not get sick) Again, this place is a living nightmare, save your money and your time

I just moved it 4/1/2024 but I will say it’s been peaceful and quit no complaints. I think it’s in a great location and convenient to lots of things to do and places to eat. It has been a wonderful experience so far.
