Tonya was absolutely great and provided more than a 5 star service rating. She communicated with me and the buyer throughout the entire process, she also sent me market updates, which I absolutely appreciated. She not only made sure this was a smooth transaction, she also was consistently on top of everything that we were able to close sooner than the average transaction. I had a GREAT experience working with Ryan Hayes and her team at Academy Mortgage! She was SO responsive throughout the process via text and phone call which helped put my worries at ease! She knowledgeably and patiently answered all of my many questions throughout the process! Before working with Academy I had explored the option of mortgage through my bank (Wells Fargo) and it was a terrible experience! The personalized service I received from Ryan and team at Academy was night and day to my experience with the Well’s mortgage department. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone!!

NFM Lending makes the whole process unbelievably easy and understandable for folks not in the lending business. They were always willing to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. My husband and I work different schedules but that didn't stop them from having to answer the same question sometimes twice. NFM Lending helped us with the purchase of our home in 2018.
