Excellent customer service for self-service! Both attendants working on the busy Sunday (8.4.24) were extremely attentive. I had an old card with a balance and when I was checking it the first attendant stopped and informed me there was a new system. She immediately helped me to transfer the balance to the new card & how to use the new system. The second attendant noticed that my washer (with the rug I was washing) was very soapy & told me she would add fabric softener to cut the bubbles down during the rinse bc I did not have any. Highly recommend!

Aaron the NEW owner has made MAJOR improvements to the place. Updated the new carding system and even doubled the amount for me on today as a special offer he’s temporarily doing. The place is CLEAN. I’m so proud of him. You all come wash your clothes here. Very nice guy and I wish him all the best.

New Owner alert🚨🚨🚨 I’ve been coming to this particular laundromat since last year and yes there were some with the cards and machines not working but since ownership has changed Aaron has really did a whole 360 on this place. If you don’t believe me, then come check it out for yourselves. New card machine install so u can also use your visa/ debit card (how cool and convenient is that) they even open up at 6am. It gives me plenty of time to do my laundry before work. So if you are looking for somewhere to do laundry where it’s nice, cool, plenty of space to get around, not overcrowded, plenty of washers ( oversized too) dryers, you can charge your devices, plenty of benches for you and your family to sit outside ( inside as well) while waiting on your laundry and enjoy the breeze through the walkway, then this is the right place to start. It is now called Royal Clean Laundromat. 5 stars ⭐️

This is one of the worst dirtiest laundromat I have ever been toI should have taken pictures of the placeHalf of the place was flooted with waterHalf of the machines are not workingThey make you buy a card to use the machines, and to top it off, it is .60 cents for 10 min of drying never again ? don't even bother to go there

Good machines but it needs a bathroom for clients since it takes a long time to wash and they don't have a bathroom, it's complicated

Over the years I've used this facility about about a dozen times. It's always been very clean. I've had no issues. If I had to use a laundry mat on a regular basis this would be my go to.

Very unprofessional place, if I could give it zero stars.. I would. Once entering this facility, you notice how many of the washers/dryers are unavailable.. more than half of them are marked by blue tape. It’s compacted, unsanitary and dirty. There are many paper signs on the walls, which makes it very hard to understand the policies. None of the vending machines worked. This place is operated by “cards”, which you load your money onto. When we went to the machine that would exchange our paper money into a plastic card, it failed. Twice. The Asian male attendant exited the office abruptly, approached us with a terrible attitude and pointed to one of many paper signs. It read that we would have to purchase a new card for .50. He said, “You have to purchase a new card, did you read the sign?” This I didn’t understand because for one, the machine said we could purchase a card here and two, we were already choosing to spend our money here, why charge extra for a card? We brought quarters which wasn’t accepted by neither the washing/drying machines nor the machine that converts money into a card. We had to make an ATM withdrawal to load cash to the card. Drying is .55 by the way for a 20 minute cycle that barely dries your clothes. This was my first time here and you can be sure that I will never visit this place again. The attendant, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the machines and everything else about this place is nasty and not welcoming.

Washer and Dryer require prepaid card to use, only problem is their machines won’t dispense new cards. Don’t waste your time.

I really like this place. It was my first visit and I had found it during a visit to Lucha Libra. Which, if you haven't been to, you need to put on your to do list. Anyways, the laundry mat is spacious and very tidy. There are plenty of washers and dryers. There is a real life human being on duty during the day to help if you need it. I did find out via my grandson, most of the arcade/ vending machines are not very good. Luckily I always pack him goodies and a tablet. The laundry mat itself is well worth the visit. I haven't done laundry this way in quite awhile but it seems a bit expensive. $4.00 a load to wash and $.50 per 10 min to dry. I know $.50 for 10 min may sound good in a way but it seemed like I dried and dried and dried. Either way, it's definitely one of the nicer ones I've seen here in town, as far as been in and out of helping my teenage kids in the past. Give it a spin and see what you think.

If I could give zero stars I would. Half the machines have blue tape on them because they do not work. The ones that did "work" didn't was or dry well at all. At 8p.m. we were told we had until 8:30p.m to finish and leave. At 8:30 clothes were nowhere near dry but told, oh well they have dryers at the other laundromat down the street so get your clothes and get out! WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! Had to pay again to rewash my clothes after this horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place has great prices and easy to use machines. Staff is helpful and facility is clean. I would have given a full five stars but a lot of machines have been done lately.

Although this location has many machines, 1/3 are out of order as well as all vending machines. Staff is very condescending and rude, and the entire facility is very dirty.
