If you don’t know about cars have someone there with you that do so you don’t get ripped off. I was charged $500 to fix a wheel bearing when it wasn't the problem. I came back multiple times because I was hearing the same noise and all they did was switch the tires. Which still didn’t fix the problem. Come to find out it was just a rip in my tire. A waste of money and no one was willing to help and didn’t know what they were doing. A simple fix that cost me hundreds of dollars. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

So this place has a really bad reputation in our area for numerous reasons BUT I decided to go out of convenience/proximity to where I needed to be today. Big mistake. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for my oil change & inspection (no big deal) the guy at the front desk calls me and asks if I want to replace my air filters- I declined- he says ok. OVER AN HOUR later of just sitting, I decide to ask when my car might be finished. He hits me with the, “oh. Your car was finished when I called you.” ?
No “I’m so sorry I just wasted an hour of your day” no apology, just deadpan idc if you live or die kind of attitude. I took my keys from him and walked out, afraid to open my mouth and ruin my day and he gives me the “HAVE A NICE DAY” as I’m walking out. Find a new front desk assistant asap. You know who he is, Mr. Black Sheep. Have a nice day.

Taylor’s is not a shadow of what it once was, with customers waiting for over 2 hours and many people from the administration & sales department chatting and showing each other pictures on their cell phones, bursting into laughter. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that my car hadn’t moved from where I parked it, I asked why there was such a delay (I’ve been a customer for maybe 10 years and I’ve never seen anything like this). The salesman showed me another customer who had been waiting for 2 hours and that I had just arrived. Since I didn’t have more than 2 hours to wait, I asked him to cancel my purchase, but he asked me “what car is yours?” and, to avoid my cancellation, he pointed to a man telling me “he was just assigned to your car.” It’s been 30 minutes since then and my car is still parked in the same spot where I left it when I arrived. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

I love Taylor's Tires! I needed tires and they got me right in a fast amount of time! The price and the service that comes with it is great! They had to order my tires but they were there the same day! They got the work done fast and I'm so grateful! I was also called too when they were ready! I've been going to them for years and I'm always satisfied! I can't thank them enough for the great service!! I highly recommend and I trust them with my cars!!

Do not go here! Used to be an awesome place for years, not since it was bought out!! Hours of waiting even for small jobs. I spent $2600+ on wheels and tires for my truck. Dude ordered the wrong wheels, I chose to just accept them any since it had been a week and a half. Got the truck back and my TPMS didn't work. The told me to take it to a dealer. After going to the dealer they just said, no the shop that put on your tires broke the sensors. So finally I get Taylor's to put in new ones on 2 tires. Got it back and they work. But now I can't drive over 48 mph without the truck shaking itself to death. It is so off balance. One wheel has about 20 weights on it! Still not even close. Employees in there talking trash to customers and complaining they only make $13 an hour. My friend just got new tires there and he said the same thing. Can't drive over 40mph and his tpms doesn't work. I'm going to have to pay a real shop to fix this mess because I'm not going back a 6th time to deal with Taylor's lack of precision and customer service. I would like to just give my tires back for a refund and start over.

No wonder there were no cars in their parking lot at 9:30 am on a Wednesday. The Salesman charged me with hidden charges that I didn't authorize and that "FREE Alignment" ended up costing me over $200 to be properly aligned by Doc at Randall Tire. Whoever that they have running alignments obviously knows absolutely nothing about aligning an All Wheel Drive, Audi! And to add insult to injury, 2 of the 4 wheels lost their balancing weights. Absolutely, terrible! In the past, ever since their conception, I've given the previously owned Taylor's Tire all of my business, but now, never again! I wish I could give a NO STAR rating!

I called around town while I was working in Greensboro looking for anyone that would put a tube inside of a riding lawn mower tire for me. This place was the only place out of 6 places that I had contacted that said they would do it. They told me to just bring my tire and a tube. I walked in with my tire and tube and a young man asked me what I wanted. I told him. He said that he could take care of it. I sit in the Lobby for 15 mins or so when the young man comes back out with my repaired tire. I said thanks and asked him what I owed. He said, "nothing, don't worry about it". I gave the guy a $20 tip. That was one of the coolest things that has ever happened to me while doing business with anyone, anywhere. It's a direct reflection on their overall culture and management. I would recommend them to anyone by that alone. They have to be good, honest folks. From the top down. I was highly satisfied and impressed to say the least. Good deal

Took 2.5 hours on Thursday to have a set of tires put on. On Friday morning it has taken 3 hours for an oil change.

Ok on 6/12/24 I just talk to the manager Dj about my top engine cover missing from my car by them I had tires and aliment done about two months ago no oil change just tires they had know busyness going under my hood I will never buy any more tires from them if they have employees with stick fingers. O yeah when I talk to the manager DJ on 6/12/24 he ask for my tag number why I don't know he should had got that information right when I talk to him three weeks ago employees they have nothing but stick fingers.
