Worst place to get a car I knew it was to good to be true within 6 months of having my car the hybrid battery went out but they claim they were unaware that the battery was bad and if you know about hybrid batteries you know they are very expensive

Check engine came on 5 times for transmission after everytime they “ Fixed " it. It kept coming back on and not including 2 more times the light came on for 3 other problems that I actually fixed and repaired myself. All of this within 8 months.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle! The staff was very polite and helpful. They care more about helping you than selling you. Mack was very nice and knowledgeable and guided me through the process.

I purchased a vehicle today 1/18/24 and was very pleased with the impeccable customer service I received from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out with my keys in my hand. Mack and Teya you guys are rock stars. You both are definitely about your business. The process was easy and I didn't spend all day at the dealership. They were straight forward and upfront about everything. Payments are reasonable. Thank you both so much ?.

Was referred to Taylor’s in search of a family vehicle. They had the perfect vehicle for us I am in love. To make it better Mack was a great sales person straight to the point no hassle or haggle. I wish I could leave a review for zero stars. This company is one of most unprofessional places I’ve ever financed a car through. I financed my car this year 2023 in April or May and I was informed that it had 3 different types of recalls on it in September 2023. I contacted them for some type of resolution and all they wanted was a payment. After I informed them I had a meeting with the actual company that makes the cars that they would be fixing the recalls but it wouldn’t be until November sometime, they came and repoed my car after I had even made a payment and rescheduled for a next one on a later date due to the inconvenience of the car having recalls that deemed it unsafe for driving or even non driving. Do not go to this company they will give you all the courtesy in the world but in reality you will be scammed. I went to pick up my stuff from out of the car on their lot and they have double the amount of cars in their back lot for repos than they do on the actual lot for financing. RUN DANGER ⚠️
