New here to north carolina made a appointment last week for yesterday at 6pm I even called to make sure it was at 6pm.. we arrived and the tax preparer had left and said "they forgot they had a appointment" then was told they would do them first thing the next morning I called in the afternoon and they said we are backed up we will get to it by 6pm so I called at 6 and still nothing has been completed they said they are making it a priority to call you by 7:30pm it's now 7:42 and they close by 8pm took copies of all my information and haven't done anything wouldn't recommend

I wish I could give them more stars. I’ve been going to tax empire since they were tax giant. I absolutely love the staff especially Jeremy Harper he’s been getting me the most money since 2014 when I moved to NC. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

I got my taxes filed here. The lady filed them incorrectly. They charged me $350 to file my taxes. Plus my income tax check will come 6-8 weeks late because the lady who works here filed mines wrong. I should receive half of my money back that I payed, sence the job was done incorrectly. But of course they will not respond to that request. Run! Do not file your taxes here. Unless you want your money to come months and months later.
