I'm usually pleased with Target. They have a good selection at good prices. I typically choose to order online and pick-up in the store, which is very convenient.

I was wanting to get a facial lotion that happened be locked up for some reason. I activated the sensor for a team member to unlock it. I waited 15 mins before a team member happened to be in the area, not for using a key to unlock the facial lotion. He then radioed a team member to come down, but it seemed as if no one really cared to come and unlock the facial lotion. He then told me that he would get a key from someone. I then wait 10 more minutes and decide to come up and see the hold up. I see the team member who originally said he would help me out, on the register with no key in sight from him or anyone. My wait was absolutely ridiculous and absurd. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to buy a product that is locked up. Ulta right next door has the same lotion unlocked. I would have spoke to a manager, but unfortunately I was running late to a meeting because I didn’t expect a short trip, to become an extended one. Very disappointed and frustrated over the lack of care and customer service displayed by the target employees today. I will definitely not be shopping here again for anything facial product related.

Wendover Target has gone completely rock bottom. It is filthy, completely unorganized, and the employees are very rude. Won’t be going back.

It was a good experience. The store was clean and the shelves weren't a wreck. I found everything easily.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms . no shopping carts you have to go back outside to get one and then you are harassed by people asking for money standing in the parking lot blocking traffic .

I went to Target specifically looking for Tshirts for a family member in the hospital. I looked for signage indicating “ plus size” but there was none. The only associate to ask for help was in the fitting room. She directed me to the corner that was dedicated to women’s plus sized clothing. I was able to find one rack with 3x tops and they were dressier looking with stripes. Part of the corner was taken us by clearance racks. It’s very clear that this store does not value their plus size patrons.
I was able to find sanitary pads. I won’t be returning to this store. This was the Greensboro location near Bridford Parkway.

Go to another target if you have a return or pickup order. I've only needed to return about 3 items in my life and all of those times I've came to this target, and left angry and confused. I don't know if the employees are just having a bad day, and I know retail is difficult so I like to walk in with a smile and not make their jobs any more stressful. But my god, it's like they are trying to upset costumers so they leave them alone. They can be very short with you and rude, and I'll be honest it's usually the younger employees who behave this way. Most of the employees are left to stock shelves by themselves which I'm sure is very overwhelming and if you try to ask them something 5/10 they are irritated or don't know where the item is. There is usually only 1-3 registers open and the self checkout is constantly packed due to this. Which makes self checkout even slower than normal. To me, it seems like this location doesn't hire enough employees to stock, do returns/pickups and work registers and they are overworking the employees they do have. Everything else is fine. The store is decently organized and they do offer price matching here, which is great! Usually the employees assisting with self checkout are very kind.

Enjoyed shopping at Target in High Point this pass Monday. Th store was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!
