The 10 items or less self checkout policy, and the rude enforcement of it by employees, has made my wife and I decide to stop shopping at Target as much as possible. We typically spend hundreds of dollars here every month, but until this policy has been completely rescinded, we will be taking our business elsewhere as much as possible.

The store is clean, you can find items easily. The sale associates are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only problem is there is one older man that's a cashier at this store he is extremely rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. He needs customer service training on how to do his job properly.

So first off I typically love Target, but today I did not love my experience and I barely did anything. I just wanted to check out on my own without having to deal with anybody. I literally had less than 10 items but the person literally counted super fast and told me to go to another line even though the self checkout was all open I was actually in a hurry so that means I have to move to an actual line with a cashier and then I had to wait even longer so that really frustrated me because now I was late all around to meetings so again self checkouts are for us to check out when we need too. I will never go back to target.

I used to love shopping at this target. It’s quiet, organized and nice. Unfortunately after two incidents with a rude employee, I will no longer shop at this target in Greensboro. I wish I was treated with respect and not cut off as I am trying to communicate my issue. Do better New Garden.

Two times I’ve come to this Target via the drive up and gotten damaged items. The staff should check items BEFORE selling them and most certainly before putting them in a bag or vehicle. The swiffer wet mop refills I bought had a hole in the corner of every side and the liquid had all drained out, and the hair product I bought had a fingerprint dug into it. One of the girls at the return desk laughed about it. ??♀️ Im perplexed by that as well as how Target expects people to continue shopping here with these issues. I will choose elsewhere in the future for sure.

Had a great experience at the customer service desk and the cashier in line. Especially how patient and kind they were assisting an elderly customer before me.

I had the WORST pickup experience today. I arrived when the store opened, and was the only car there. within about 10 minutes, 2 other cars came. I called at 11 minutes because no one had come out. The manager of guest services, Danielle, was incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone. She said someone would be out in literally one minute. And that there were 3 cars besides my own waiting. I have photo proof of 2 cars, and will include that below. I waited until 8:16 when Tegan came out of the store, helped the other car before me, and then when I complained to her about the wait and the manager she told me I was rude. She was then very sarcastically and snarky and said "I hope you have just a wonderful day like you deserve". I was not given the option to speak to another manager when I called back to complain further.

I did a pick-up order and it went great! They had the item in stock, picked it quickly. The pick-up process was quick and easy and I'll definitely do it again! Thanks!!

Target has not been my shopping place since this June 2023. I have only visited there twice to pick up a specific item that I could not find anywhere else. Dec 2023, I placed an online pick up order for a specific Christmas ribbon. I received the notification that my order was ready and decided to pick up the next day. That Upon arrival the line for pick up was long. One reason being they had only 1 person working the pick up line. I showe my bar code and email confirmation that was sent that my order was ready. After a 32 minute wait. The person gathering orders from the back still didn’t have my order on the cart. She said then continued to see other people in line and get their pick up orders. 10 min later. I approached her and she said I needed to wait and walked off. I went to the manager and explained what was going on. He said that he would grab my order. 10 min goes by and here he comes with my order. She then approached at the same time with her cart and said she grabbed an alternate option because my item was not available. The store manager showed her my small bag with one roll of ribbon with my order.Fast forward. A few weeks later, I went to exchange a gift bag for another one. I approached the check out line with an actual person and he attempted to do the simple exchange. His manager told him that I would need to go to the refund and exchange line for this. I waited in line for about 15 min. The person helping me was the only one working this line. While other employees are standing around with it seemed nothing to do.It is not simple nor customer friendly to shop at Target anymore and I try to avoid this store at all cost.
