I had some questions about somethings in the tech department everyone I was assisted by was a great help!! The guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable each one of them (Angel,Jalen, Marson and Machai) did not make me feel as though I was a bother they helped me with absolutely no issue and seemed very excited to help each and every customer that had questions!

No more Target for me! Self checkout 10 items or less??? Only 3 regular registers open!!! I can scan and bag my items faster than any associate! Definitely lost a customer today. I won’t be back!

The bathrooms are DEPLORABLE!!! Most of the stalls were out of toilet paper. Half the toilets were unflushed. ???

DON’T GO TO THIS TARGET UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND PURPOSELY EMBARRASSED!!!!! I was disrespected today by an employee at self checkout. He was a younger black male, probably in his 20s. As I arrived to self checkout, I scanned an item and noticed the price rung up different from what the price is online. I asked an employee to help me price match. I said “hey I was wondering if you’re able to change the price since it doesn’t match the one online?” He slightly pushes me over. And then begins to type in his employee ID to do the price match. He then said something in the format of “No hey? No hello? No how was my day today? Manners man like cmon”. I was NEVER rude. I simply asked a question about price matching. I love shopping at target but unfortunately after all the rude incidents, I can no longer shop at any target in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Target makes returns smooth, easy, and hassle free. The customer service staff member was excellent!!

Update: came back and they made it seem like they were doing me a favor price matching their app. “Keep it a secret” lol what.
Can’t even get into any of the aisles. What the heck is this? Is this a joke?

This target location is something else. Often no price tags for items and things thrown around or on the floor. It’s giving Walmart but it’s target.. idk what’s going on with this location hope it gets better soon. Maybe they’re short staffed? The employees they do have are helpful.

Target has gone downhill drastically in the past year+. The stores in the area are always messy, disorganized, missing inventory left and right, and store associates are MIA or rude. Target used to be my family's go-to but it's gotten so bad that we avoid it now.

Target is a great store to find almost anything I want to purchase, if they do not carry what I am looking to purchase then Target in Greensboro, NC will order it and call me when it is ready for my purchase.
