Target is a store where customers can find almost anything they need or want. Many shoppers appreciate the friendly staff, especially in the tech department, where employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with questions. The store offers the convenience of ordering items not in stock and receiving calls when they are ready. However, the shopping experience is often marred by long lines at checkout, as there are frequently no human registers open, only self-scanning options. This can lead to long wait times, sometimes causing customers to put items back to avoid waiting. Additionally, the store has faced issues with staffing shortages, resulting in disorganized or under-stocked shelves and poorly maintained facilities, including dirty bathrooms and overflowing trash cans, which detract from the overall cleanliness and tidiness. The store used to be more affordable, but prices have increased without noticeable improvements in quality. Despite these challenges, the store remains a useful place for shopping, but it needs to improve staffing, store cleanliness, and checkout options to enhance the customer experience.
Target used to be affordable, but lately, their prices have gone up without a noticeable improvement in quality. I can often find similar items for less at other stores.

Almost no staff in store. I only went because I had a gift card to use. I will not shop where they don't support diversity.
