When I called the location, an employee quoted me a price of $55 and then texted me a $25 coupon. The employee stated that the service included tire pressure check and service. Later that day, when I pulled into the bay, a service tech ten feet away tried to communicate details of pricing and service. With two other vehicles and several other techs in the bays, it was difficult to hear and understand the person trying to communicate with me. The service tech informed me that since my vehicle had more than 75,000 miles, I would need a service that cost $50 more than what I was quoted over the phone. When I asked if there was a lower priced option, the tech appeared to say there was an $80 option. Again, it was difficult to hear because she was standing ten feet away in a noisy bay. A service tech wrote the mileage on my windshield in orange marker, and then drained the oil. After my oil was drained, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $10 because they would have to add an extra quart. Since they had already drained my oil, I was stuck and had no choice but to proceed with the oil change. The service tech showed me the air filter and said I should replace it for $27. When I declined, she said that she could give me a $10 coupon. I declined again. The air compressor was broken, so my tires could not be serviced. A service tech washed my windshield and successfully removed the orange marker, but left so many streaks and smudges that the windshield was dirtier than when I arrived. I will not be back.

Not sure if it was an off day, but I waited over an hour to get my oil changed after changing bays twice. There must have been an incident with another customer’s car, as they were all huddling around one car. But they began working on someone else’s oil change that came after me. No update on what’s going on, one of the employees is emphasizing to who I assume is his GM that he explained there’s a wait (he did not explain that there’s a wait) and that to short staffed (he didn’t explain they’re short staffed) and I really just wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and wait. But waiting an entire hour after a full workday for a simple oil change is beyond ideal. I hope that this was just an off day, and this isn’t a representation of their operation everytime there’s a major inconvenience.

Went to store No. 0034 Take 5
Leo was the (Hood) Tec and Dourean (Safety) Tec
Two problems
First Problem
Tec (Leo) left both access panels off of my 2022 Kia k5 plus all the hardware that’s needed .
I noticed after leaving store .0034 at 1:44pm Friday Oct. 4th and took a look underneath vehicle to double check service provided to make sure everything was correct and noticed the problem.
Second problem
When I returned to confront Leo of the problem he said that there was no covers on vehicle. I look down and both covers were in the bay 3 area without the hardware. Someone else approached us and then they gave me covers and partial hardware.
This should not happen and for me to double check every time to make sure is not good . I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else .
On top of that wait was 40 plus mins because of not having Tec there on time .

Whomever is in charge of listing the business hours on Google, needs to be fired. For Sunday, it says this location opens at 8am. The open sign was on and everything and there were a few cars waiting to be serviced. 8:20 rolls by and I decide to call the number. That's when I found out it opens at 9. Just ridiculous!

My filter was changed without asking and it was fairly clean. I got discounts applied but paying $100+ for a new filter and an oil change is too much. The staff was nice and that’s the best thing I can say
