We had not connected with Systel during my most recent year with WSJS Sports, but one call and an information exchange was all that was needed to be reminded from my past experience, that Systel Business Equipment is a step ahead of others in this category. Love love love them especially Robyn. They got us out of a bad printer situation and into the printer of our dreams! Easy to work with, very helpful, very experienced! If I need something they answer. If I need to know how to do something new they tell you how. They make a solution for your needs!

I went with my husband there today I didn't go inside, he had an appointment with someone at that location. However I could tell it went well, because when he came out he was extremely excited about all the different printers sizes and options that they offer and the plans that they offer. This place is a industrial and office printer Supply and they also do graphics and things for Guilford County Schools other nonprofit organizations and things like that so he was really excited and so am I. If you have a business and you're looking to establish some business or nonprofit credit for your organization this would definitely be a good place to start because you will need industrial-sized printers, paper, ink, etc......

Systel has all around great customer service, from our sales rep, Scott, to our print people, to our shippers. They always go the extra mile to make sure your print job meets your deadline and is perfect. And is there is a problem or issue, they are dedicated to making it right!

Scott Oglesby is awesome! He is professional, but yet personal. He is always going above and beyond to make sure he understands our needs so that he can get the job done right. He also, works well to know his clients so that he knows how to properly assist our personal needs. Their prices are very competitive as well. As the supervisor for Guilford County Schools printshop, it has been a joy to work with Scott and the folks at Systel Printing. We would not be able to pull off a lot of our large run jobs if it weren't for the professionalism in printing and outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anyone that's looking for extra help with any type of print jobs.

Our experience with Systel and in particular one of their sales representatives, Robyn Smith, have been superb! Robyn has gone above and beyond in helping us with whatever need or question we have had. She evaluated our needs and found the best printer that was within our budget. If I have an issue, she is always just a phone call away. She frequently pops in just to see if there is anything she can help with. It has been a wonderful working relationship.
As a church there are certain days that we print many things. The service techs are aware of those times and have always tried to accommodate our schedule. If they can't they find a solution that will work. They are always professional and courteous.
I highly recommend this company. They stand by their products and provide excellent customer service.

I have been working with Steve Rowland at Systel in Greensboro NC for many years. Steve takes excellent care of our printing and copying needs at Battleground Restaurant Group. Service is prompt and I know that the pricing and follow up maintenance are a given. Highly recommend the good people at Systel!

I have been nothing but satisfied with Systel over the years. Ben Turner, our Account Manager/Sales Rep, is AMAZING. He is professional, knowledgeable, and nothing like the stereotypical (pushy/annoying) salesperson.
Having experienced a great relationship with Systel at my previous employer, I encouraged my present employer to also go with them. My boss still thanks me for “forcing her” to go with them. Systel will take great care of you, whether you have one machine or one hundred machines.
