We had a great experience with Greg at Synergy Health. He was a pleasure to talk with as he shared his knowledge of the business. And the 300 lb Leggett & Platt adjustable bed base we purchased from him for a great price was delivered on time with no damage and works great. It was a newly manufactured model from 2 months prior to purchase. We highly recommend Greg and Synergy Health!

If you need an adjustable bed frame, definitely order from here!! Greg (the owner) helped me so much in choosing the base and went over every detail so that I knew what I was getting (including shipping and tips for setting it up)!! While ordering it, he also checked many different shipping agents to see who had the best prices, so the bed ended up being cheaper than any other sites online. I had to ship it to NYC but things went smoothly and the shipping was quick! So if you’re looking for an adjustable bed frame, then definitely check out Synergy Health!!!

Absolutely amazing experience buying a Clearlight sauna from Greg. He answered my very long list of questions with patience and extreme expertise. He walked me through the steps for delivery, including extra info I would not have known, and steps for installation, again with very helpful info. My daughter and I were able to assemble the sauna in a few hours with no phone calls to him - even though he insisted to call anytime -and it works like a dream. This was a big purchase and Greg could not have made the process easier. Highly recommend

I placed an order through Amazon for a very specific bed base for our special needs son. Synergy Health was the supplier for the order. Greg from Synergy called me very shortly thereafter to tell me the base I wanted is not available, but he already had a solution and offered an alternate base that met all of our needs and didnt cost us any more than what we had originally expected. Greg was very interested to understand exactly what features our son needed, and why. He was quite frankly one of the most helpful people in customer service that I have ever encountered and I cannot thank him enough for his help!

Purchased the Leggett and Platt and am so very satisfied. Not only is this frame so much better than most of what is available in the adjustable bed frame market, but dealing with Synergy Health was a great experience. Not only did they give me a good price on the bed platform and deliver it to Durham (from Greensboro), they were super fast to respond and provided almost immediate assistance when the bed remote wasn't working properly.I highly recommend contacting them if you are looking to purchase a fancy bed platform.

I just recently purchased a Leggett and Platt adjustable bed from Synergy Health. I LOVE IT!! I had the good fortune to work with Greg Eason, who basically has written the book on SUPERB customer service. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted a bed that could serve as multiple pieces of furniture: bed, couch, recliner, office chair, and hang out spot for 4 grandkids and their lucky YaYa!! My Leggett & Platt S-Cape HF Queen serves all those functions and does it VERY WELL!When I started looking for an adjustable bed, I had no clue what to buy, but I knew what I wanted. After a few phone calls on a weekend (Yes, Greg even answers the phone on the weekend--both Saturday and Sunday!! Talk about service, and this was before I even bought anything!), Greg selected the S-Cape HF Queen for me. By Monday morning, Greg had it ready for shipping. . .that was another one of my needs: I needed the bed ASAP to put in a "Grandmother room" at my daughter's house. I wanted to get off the air mattress before I destroyed my back.Greg facilitated all aspects of this transaction and made it so easy for me. Believe it or not, I had my bed all set up and ready for use 5 days later!!! Greg kept me abreast of all facets of the process and informed me of shipping aspects and answered every phone call as I tracked my bed across the country.Once the bed was delivered 5 days after I ordered it--AMAZING--Greg followed up to make sure it was everything I expected. It was not as I expected; IT WAS EVEN BETTER!! This bed is perfect. My six-year-old granddaughter is especially impressed with the various massage settings. Not only is this bed great for sleeping, but it serves as a couch to cuddle with my 4 grandkids, a recliner when I relax with a book, and a straight back chair when I need to work. It also has lights on the base, so when I get up in the middle of the night to visit with my 6-month-old grandson, the bed illuminates my way! My two "2-year-old grandchildren" love going from a flat position to a fully upright position. So, the bed frame mechanics are getting a full work out and performing perfectly. Greg went far above normal customer service. Everything went bad, shipping "Deliverance Bad" after the Leggett and Platt adjustable bed frame (which is a great unit btw, and worth every penny) shipped out to me in California. There was just one shipping issue after another, Greg stood by me each step of the way, as did his shipping broker. I have shipped a lot of freight in my career, and even good carriers have issues occasionally, but I never seen anything like this, the shipper even lost tracking and location of the frame for 4 days. Greg kept championing for me, and he never gave up, even after one of the shipping hubs mangled the first bed frame, and worked on it on weekends and his vacation. He kept his commitment to get the adjustable bed base to me before my spine surgery happened. That shows his great character. I ordered the L&P Prodigy LBR Twin XLs from Synergy online. There were many, many online stores to choose from but none of them offered a live voice -to-voice salesperson to answer my questions. Pricing varied from one site to another by approx. $100 plus or minus. I found Greg, at Synergy Health, and felt some comfort knowing he had a physical storefront and was a local, small business. He answered the phone immediately and answered ALL of my questions each and every time I called. I found him to be credible, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Leggett and Platt adjustable bed frames. He shipped out my order within 24 hours and stayed with me until the White Glove Service left. There was a hiccup the "White Glove" delivery (3rd party) but Greg escalated to his contacts and we ended up getting our bed frames within several days. Did I mention that Greg is VERY responsive whether it be phone or email? Support before, during and after the sale matters and Greg (Synergy Health) is that person/company. Thank you Greg! - Brenda
