I have been in and out of the store the last few days picking out items for our office building. The staff has been so accommodating letting me take samples and helping me with selections. We made another purchase this morning and once again the staff was very pleasant to work with and assisted with all my questions!

Kelais was very helpful when we were ordering our materials. There was a language barrier and he still tried his best to understand and give us the quote we were looking for. Very good place to buy your material. I would give it a 5 star but the heat in here is ridiculous. No employee should work in these conditions.

Working with Adrian and Samantha and all the other team members has been a great experience. I have purchased faucets, doors and getting ready to purchase my kitchen with them. They are very knowledgeable and have provided much insight in helping me design my new home. The prices can’t be beat at the home outlet. Thanks to all of them.

Great prices and nice people the only problem I had was when the guy did my layout for my kitchen he never asked what or which cabinets I wanted he just went with my old design instead of asking what I wanted.

We were new in town and this Outlet was referred to us. The cabinets we brought were beautiful, looking as if they were high end and made of solid wood, not hardboard. The price was ideal, we only had a small kitchen anyways, ten cabinets to replace, which came to under $10K where Lowe's was trying to charge us $24K! The only complaint I have is, they me a referral list of contractors, supposedly competent, and, unfortunately, we picked the one at the top of the list who has been an absolute disaster. The young lady was new at the time, I wasn't experienced in what I really needed and neither was the contractor we hired. I would buy from this store again, but I suggest you get your own competent contractor to oversee any designs of your cabinets, bathroom, or whatever else you may be buying and installing in your home. The cabinet above the fridge doesn't meet the wall, so now there's a big gap on the right side, and the contractor left the wall unpainted. I didn't realize until after installation, we only had one draw in the entire kitchen. Another cabinet was so thin you can only get baking sheets in there, with difficulty standing up, One drawer sticks when opening and closing it, and there are many other issues due my inexperience of doing this, and the gross incompetence of installation by the referred contractor. Buy from here by all means, the quality is great as are the prices are too, but make sure you have a quality contractor to oversee everything and advise you what they think of the design before ordering and having installed. klaceysphotography.art

Adrian helped us today. He was so nice and respectful. The selection was amazing and the prices are out of this world low. I will be coming back for everything else. Their competition don't hold a candle to them.So if you gotta big job go here first. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

We bought a fixer upper (not by choice), and have been beyond pleased with the employees and the service at the Greensboro Home Outlet! Ryan and Samantha have been instrumental in helping us design our new kitchen and order cabinets. But, ALL of the employees are polite, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Not to mention they sell great quality products at awesome prices! I do recommend you stick to already assembled cabinets. Ours were not, and it made the process a bit more tedious as some parts were warped or broken. They exchanged the broken ones without issue, but it caused big delays in our project. Anyway, would still use them again. Thank you Home Outlet!!

Terrible costumer service.. I follow their instructions to be there before 4 Pm but the employees decided that they didn’t have time for me ( when there were only 2 persons at the store) and they asked me to find another store if I needed to purchase the cabinets that day!! Awful
