when it comes to this store there isn't really anything good to say about it , the customer service isn't good which is why most of the time the employees are talking instead of working . most of the items are over priced even if its dirty , they claim they don't take dirty items but there store tells a different story . clearly whoever is over this franchise needs some business and marketing refresher classes . after today I will not be returning save your time and money its not worth it trust .

I’ve been shopping at the Battleground location for a while spending money. Well today, when I entered the store the rep, Lia was so damn rude and her energy was negative, not pleasant or inviting!!!! … almost made me walk out!! Any who, I dropped off some brand name items to include new guess shoes, Fashion Nova sandles, guess tops and brand name purses/bags, Tommy Hilfiger for them to offer me $3 and some change!! Seriously?! I’m better off having a yard sale. At the end of the day if you’re not happy with what you’re doing and can’t give a warm greeting to welcome customers entering the store, move on to something else! Because customer service is everything!

I love this store but first time going into this particular one. Workers were rude when asked why they didn’t take my items?? Reply was because the design was older…I showed her a bag that was older in style than mine and her reply was Mayb they shouldn’t have taken that one either. Handed me my things and said have a good day!! Only made $28 for 5 items!! Had 6 Coach bags, some Vera Bradley bags, and boutique clothing that they wouldn’t take. Yet, they can take cheap Shein clothing!! ?

Clueless company that has no idea of high-end designers or brands. They wanted to offer me $5 for $600 pair of Sergio Rossi heels ?. As for clothing ? Are you going to trust a 20 year old if she knows quality fashion brands? Don’t do it!!! Worse consignment for selling.

I checked with them online before coming to sale brand new with tags designer bags. They offered me less then 20% what they were worths and treated the bags as if they were junk. Put shoes on top of brand new Michael Kors bags. The purses for sale in store look like they were driven over. And they literally gave me back boxes of the paper stuffing from the purses and left them thrown wantonly in boxes. I did not take the insulting offer. Will not return and won’t suggest anyone go there. It’s highway robbery. Better off having a yard sale

Don’t waste your time. Based on the “age range” working the store, you will get little to literally nothing for your things. Trust me when I say, I noticed worn out handbags, shoes & other merch that should have been trashed, yet one of my Lucky Brand bag NWT $198, I was offered $12….uh no thank you, I’ll donate, at least that way a good cause will benefit!

Everyone that knows me knows this is the place to shop at. I get my workout clothes, my purses, my spring, summer, winter and fall clothes, shoes/boots,etc. come from style encore. Now they have a few other locations but this is the one I always go to the one in Greensboro. Their dressing rooms are bright, spacious, plenty of room to actually try on clothes and look at yourself in the mirror to make sure you like what you see. I've gotten a lot of name brands for a very good price at Style Encore. You can't go wrong shopping at Style Encore!!! Go check it out today!!! The ladies there are amazing!!! If you're looking for a top to go with pants or a skirt or need an outfit for a new job or a date, then you are in luck! Tell one of these ladies what you have in mind and they welcome to help you find what you're looking for
