It was said to me today that a wrecker driver is like an ambulance driver, they are there on your worse day and today was one for the books. My granddaughter knocked my daughters car out of gear and drove it through the garage and when Spotlight was called they reached out to understand what kind of equipment they needed and brought 2 trucks, and 2 very knowledgeable men and another that was training. Ro and George were excellent and very careful with her car. James was also a very good representative of this company. Thank you so much for your great work and your awesome employees!!

Reckless and dishonest.
Around Macy Grove rd this Sunday I proceeded to watch one of the Mack rollbacks in this fleet reduce his following distance to a matter of a couple feet from the vehicle in front of them. It only were they drafting like it was North Wilkseboro, but they were doing it at 80 plus mph, which if you look up the speed limit on business 40 at Macy Grove rd you will understand why this is important.
Now the dishonest part. When looking up the number for this company to call and tell them they needed to call these yahoos and tell them to slow down, as luck would have it the call went straight to the driver. When I figured out I was talking to the driver I asked a simple question “is this how your company operates, 80-55 up the rear ends of cars in front of you” and the response was a simple one, “we are on our way to a cop call”. After this response I asked them if that was legal, no lights, 15 mph over speed limits, and WELL under any recommended following distance, especially for a vehicle of its type. The drivers reasonse was to justify their behavior again by claiming “cop call”. If this is the character of ur drivers, I can only image the character of the people that decide to employ them.

My car was towed by this company. I’m not gonna complain about the rates because the rate is their rate, but upon picking my car up from their towing yard my wheel alignment was so bad, I could hardly stare my car properly. The whole ride I had a loud screeching noise. I called to advise them of this and immediately, the guy that answered was quick to be on the defense and blame me for what was going on with my car. It could be that they knocked the wheel alignment off, but he was so defensive and quick to argue while I stayed calm. He reminds me of a wicked, nasty mean person. I will get my car looked at professionally, and if it is anything other than a well alignment, I will see them in court.

Once again I found myself in need of a tow.
Since I received such excellent service, less than a month ago, I called Spotlight again and requested driver "Ro". Ro is outstanding; very professional and very friendly!! I highly recommend Spotlight and especially Ro, for your towing needs.

My car broke down on the side of the highway on a Saturday. I gave Spotlight a call and Jamey and Avery came to give me a tow to a nearby repair shop. They arrived quickly, were kind and I’m very appreciative of their assistance. Without them I would still be stranded. Thanks gentlemen!

Jamey is the man!! He met us on a busy Saturday at Sam’s club where our car broke down. He got it out of a parking space and took it to carmax! He was nice and worked quickly while explaining what he was doing. I will use his company anytime and recommend everyone who needs tow service to do the same!

Jamey saved the day!
When other tow truck companies took FOREVER to help (my son and I were stuck on the side of the road for FOUR hours waiting on a tow), or didn't have the equipment needed to help, or lied to us and said they'd be there in 15 minutes, but never intended to reach us because they had another call come in that was more important than us, Jamey helped us when no one else could or would.
Jamey even stopped to check on us once before we'd even talked to Spotlight. He just saw us on the side of the road and asked if we needed a tow. We said we were okay, just waiting on another company that said they'd be there in 15 minutes. Boy, was I wrong, because that company never showed up.
But later, when I called Spotlight, Jamey remembered who we were and knew exactly where we were. He had the knowledge and tools needed to get my car on his rollback, and he got us to the Toyota dealership in time for them to fix my car and take it home THAT DAY (we were broken down an hour and a half from home).
Thank you, Jamey, and Spotlight Towing! On a terrible day, you were the heroes we needed.

I was in an accident and the back of my car was totaled, the police called this service and they towed both my car and the woman’s who was involved. Very professional and told us exactly what would happen to the car in the meantime. Very scary situation but this company came quick and helped out big time .

This is a first class company, very professional. I called this morning to request my car to be taken to the shop. The dispatcher was very friendly and professional. I requested a flat bed as my car has very low ground clearance and was told they only have flat beds which was perfect. She told me the truck driver would give me a call when he was in route, which he did. The driver was very friendly and took great care of in loading my car on the flatbed. I thought the cost was very reasonable, especially given the care that was taken. I highly recommend Spotlight.

Very expensive place tells you a price when you there same day to get your carThey add a bunch of nonsense crazy charges hopefully I never have to use this company again beware
